Great lunch buffet. Lots of good southern food. Chicken and dumplings were great. Pudding at the end was great. Good service.

Great home cookin'. They have a wonderful breakfast buffet. I recommend eating breakfast here even if your hotel offers a continental breakfast. It's delicious and cheap!

Lots of exterior parking, interior is nice and clean. Wait staff is polite and prompt. Decent location near the Casino.

Food is OK. Buffet style eating. Seems a little lacking in the variety department, but quality is OK. Reminds me a lot of Amish style food.

Bathroom is small and dated, beware of that.

We ate here after a long motorcycle ride on a rainy day. It was good to sit down and eat a hot meal that was fast and tasty. Great and friendly service.

We ate there and thought the food was delicious. I've read some reviews and feel that maybe those that gave bad reviews don't really like southern food?? I thought the meats were delicious there was fried chicken, baked ham, roast beef, and fish. My only reason for not giving 5 stars, I wish there were a few more veggies and more than 1 option for dessert. Otherwise, what I ate was great!!

Not a lot of hot food selection, drink is $2 extra. ,$12.25 dinner poor choices if hot foods. Not a bargain.

Was there around 5:30 in late June. Got a party of 5 seated quickly. Food was hot, roast beef juicy, great meat loaf, and economical prices. Highly recommended.

First time we visited Cherokee, NC. Checked for local restaurants and found Granny's Kitchen which had great reviews for their buffet of southern cooking. We went on a Saturday night, the food was great.
Excellent salad bar with great dressings, good potato salad and coleslaw, fried chicken and roast beef were delicious, and the ribs were the best I have ever had. Fall off the bone, great tasting barbecue sauce, and so tender you could cut them with a butter knife. Great homemade pie slices, we tried lemon meringue, apple, and chocolate cream.(additional charge but worth it) Still a great bargain. Great wait staff and although it gets crowded, they run the place like a well oiled machine. We thought we would have a long wait, but it was not bad at all. Friendly wait staff. I strongly recommend this place.
