Vintage shopping paradise. Excellent for browsing. Books, records, clothes, furniture, antiques, toys. Then go next door for a drink at The Sly Grog.

What a magical place, a treasure hunter's paradise and aren't we all after buried treasure in one form or another? The thing that really sets the DTM apart is the eclectic nature that permeates every aisle. It is a must for every local resident and visitor as well. As an added bonus, the Sly Grog and Hopey's make wonderful bookends to explore after those special treasures are found!

When we read about this place online before heading to town, we thought it sounded like it would be neat. We wandered around for 5 minutes and didn't see anything of interest. We also weren't greeted by any staff. I've certainly been to a lot of indoor flea market type places and know they can vary depending on what they have available, but ultimately I just wasn't impressed.

Ive been there a few times and there's sometimes fun stuff to look at. Went today and the old bald guy who checks you out (has more hair on his upper back than his head) was very rude to me. I got a record player for Christmas and I found five 45s I wanted.

I offered $5 for them (price tags added up to $7), and the guy went on a rant about how that's not how the place works. Then, before I could say anything else he started checking out the guy behind me.
