Went to the Harley shop to get pictures with the Grinch for Christmas . They're doing it again next week So much fun snacks for the kids and free photos
The sales team was great but the service department leaves much to be desired. I called about an open recall on my Street Glide and the service writer pretty much blew me off and wouldn't take any information about what I needed. He just stated that he needed the bike in house to be able to diagnose what the problem is. Prior to calling this store I stopped by another Harley dealer (without my bike) and they looked up my vin and were ready to order the recall parts and schedule the work right away. When I told them I wanted to try the Buckeye dealership since it was closer, they recommended I call in the recall prior too showing up to help the dealership order the recall parts. That leads me to this review, the service writer acted like he couldn't be bothered to deal with what I needed. Needless to say this dealership just lost my future business and I will spread the word to all my friends on the differences between dealership customer service.
A very personable visit I have a good friend that works in the service department been doing it along time he really knows what he is doing and enjoys doing it.
Other Harley dealers should follow. Buckeye Harleys lead. The facility was immaculate. The service was perfect and so laid back. No rush to push you into a decision. They make you feel at home. I rarely give feed back but this place was well worth it. The lady (ibelieve her name was Emily) who approached me was very knowledgeable and she spoke from true road experience. Very very remarkable. Take note Powder Keg Harley.. You need all the help you can get .
Clean store and good selection of bikes and apparel. However, none of their bikes had prices on them. When I asked about a particular bike there was no straight answer on what the price was. Most of the staff was friendly but good luck going in there just wanting to browse. I was there about 45 minutes and was followed around the entire time. While looking at their apparel a few staff members started grabbing random shirts and jackets off the rack and handed them to me to try on. I might've spent more time in there or even bought something but giving guests personal space is not their forte.
I bought a new flss slim (2017) the Army replica decal bike,so far it's been a great experience with Buckeye H-D- (Sarah is HOTT!)
I absolutely loved my experience with these guys everyone of them is awesome the bikes are always amazing an clean even the receptionist is very kind and helpful 😁 id give them a solid 10/10 i now have a home for my future motorcycle purchases an apparel
Very nice bldg, great selection of motorcycles and biker apparel and such. The gal that helped me was fantastic! It's a little off the beaten path (interstate) but we'll worth the journey. Salute to Buckeye H.D.
First up I went in and Cory was the best I just couldn't decide on a bike.
Second trip I waited twirling my thumbs and was paired up with Brandon. I picked a bike and started the finance process. At this trip it felt like me being a noob dealing with noobs. I could never get a price out of them and started jumping through hoops for the finance guy Rudy and I still don't have a bike. This is going on 4 weeks now. They don't even know how to ask for a 1099 or w-2. They ask for tax papers you give the irs. Really sucked out the fun I had on day one with Cory. I was going to call the person in charge but after reading that's not gonna get me anywhere. I'll settle on the Jean black instead of the vivid and get from other dealer. What a huge waist of my time and energy.
Also if they truly read this I should get a phone call with an apology.

Manager (Jerry) has called me and apologized for my experience stated above and I thank you for that. The finance person well not so good to speak to. He had a take it or leave it attitude and made it feel like there was no care to sell. Idk maybe it's just me but I've never felt like a place just threw there hands up and didn't want to make a sale.

Well I got my bike far after I started this quest and everybody is on point with making all that went wrong to making it right again. I went back in and dealt with James this time. He was good and got things done. From what I gather some procedures were changed and some training initiated. Those are the first steps to making things right. I'm not gonna say stay away and I'm not gonna say run right over there. A lot of dealers have their fair share of good and bad reviews. Just know that between Cori, James and Sarah in customer service they went out of their way to make it right and to make me happy about buying a Harley. I feel like they were genuine in doing so.

Never thought I would be back here again for this. Bike has a bad vibration through the gears and the only person that feels it is me. I spend money to have it checked and re checked and I'm the crazy one cause I'm the only one who feels it. Buy a bike and ride it for 1600 miles and it's all normal to them. Starting to regret buying the bike as the vibration (not engine rumble) was not there up to this point.
Great experience everyone was very helpful and friendly. Lots of cool bikes and great staff..
Thank you Jerry for helping me find the perfect motorcycle. Check them out and experience their great customer service.
Everybody is friendly. They make you feel welcome. Big selection of bikes. Bike nights are a nice added attraction too.
I say 3 stars because it's split pot here. Motorclothes and accessories are awesome. Great customer service and excellent hands on experience.
Sales of new motorcycles.I'm not too sure. I bought mine their, but not to sure I would again. Upper management needs a to take a tumble out of their ivory towers and get to know their customer base again. Hope this helps kick-start things into the right direction around there.
