Everything was superb! Both the food and the customer service were on point. This spot did not disappoint. Perfect for a romantic evening or special occasion.

Exceptional food! We were treated like royalty from walking in until out! Julie is so amazing and really knew her menu and even where the meat came from. So worth the price!!!

The Classic Cafe is a very comfortable option for lunch and discussion. It is a small, quiet setting and wasn't crowded at all during the lunch period. The food was crafted and the portions were perfect from the complimentary smoked salmon pate puffs, the cream of tomato and basil soup, the risotto cake and the blue crab entree. It was a little more expensive than my normal lunch choices but worth it. Will definitely return.

This restaurant and it's staff are amazing. We were there last night with friends from Mansfield, as part of Restaurant Week. First, props to Classic Cafe for participating in that event. The food was great. The service was perfect and the relaxed pace of the meal was so refreshing!

Excellent Cuisine, Service and Atmosphere at Classic Cafe in Roanoke. Chris & Curtis are celebrating their 25th year in business. I have been coming since 1994. Worth the 62 round mile trip from my home. Always fresh and well prepared by the well known chef.

Fantastic food. Fantastic service. A new favorite to add to the list. My wife had the salmon and it was mild, flavorful and cooked to perfection. I had the tenderloin with the horseradish sauce accompanied with a side of wild mushrooms. Finished with the Texas sheet cake and the jalapeno cobbler. This is a true Roanoke gem!

The food was so delicious. I had the salmon entree with mashed potatoes. It was cooked perfectly. The waitress was very nice and attentive. The restaurant was very clean and quaint. Reminded me of restaurants in NOLA.

Incredible place to eat! We stopped over in Roanoke just for the night and found this gem. We had a wonderful dinner and our unique dessert was an apple and jalepeno cobbler, the best I've ever eaten. The chef uses ingredients from his personal garden and this was by far a very fine dining experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a place to have a celebration dinner or just a night out. We will be back!

Wow! We were blown away! Server was knowledgeable and personable. Atmosphere is very relaxed, felt like being with family. Live acoustic guitar was a nice touch. We went with the Chef specials for the night and couldn't be happier. Great time. Great food. Going back😀

I ate lunch there yesterday for my first time and it was very good. The service was pleasant and knowledgeable of the food menu and the pan seared salmon was delicious. The only thing that I could say was a slight downer was it felt a little warm inside.

The chef is amazing and food is delicious. Wait staff is knowledgeable of their dishes. Highly recommend. Outside appearance is misleading. Call ahead for dinner.

My husband and I randomly selected the Classic for our impromptu date night last night. Everything was divine, from the service to the food to the classical guitarist in the corner of the dining room. We would be willing to try several items on the menu, if not all. The chef provided us a sample of a chili after we'd ordered our entrees, which was so kind and we've not experienced that most places we've been. We also tried a dessert (we almost never order dessert where we eat dinner, in fact it may have been a first for us together!) and the creme brûlée was just wonderful. The prices are reasonable and the ambiance truly is worth noting. We went to eat our dinner, but we really had a date and a fine dining experience. Thank you so much to everyone who was a part of our evening at the Classic. Beautiful.
