What a great place to stay. Very clean rooms and the owners are the best. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Could not ask for anything more.. clean.. friendly.. awesome experience.. we got into town earlier then we expected and figured we would go ahead and pay ahead of time.. he was so nice he give us key and let us go ahead to room.. easy parking right at door.. so easy to unload.. the room was big with a cute patio facing the mountains.. a cute kitchenette and a very clean bathroom.. I was very impressed. The only complaint I have and no major big deal is the pillows are awful.. lol to flat but the sheets and bed is very clean. This place is also great for bikers.. it's off the road on top of a hill so it's awesome, but close to everythingthe price is very budget friendly.. could not had a better place to stay.. would recommend to everyone..

Our reservation got cancelled a day before our trip, i.e. , yesterday afternoon. And we are supposed to travel this afternoon. In short our whole tour plan got spoilt because of this! I was hoping to spend some quality time at the hotel going by all the good reviews, but looks like I was destined to give it a very bad rating. The reason for the cancellation was apparently maintenance. My question is if maintenance is the reason they could very well let us know 3-4 days before the tour! That would have given us enough time to find a feasible alternative. Really disheartened by this service. I am never going to book here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable.
We loved that the place was off the road. Has a pretty view.

My wife and I stayed for the weekend. The room was far more affordable than rooms in Cherokee, Sylva, and Dillsboro, yet only a short drive to all of those towns. The property is secluded, peaceful and we'll kept. The room was spacious and beyond clean despite being dated. We really enjoyed having a kitchenette, and two comfortable recliners to relax in.
I would have given 5 stars if the bed was more comfortable. We got used to the bed by the second night and it will not deter us from staying again. We really enjoyed making s'mores by the fire pit in the back yard.

Quiet little place. Not the most modern but definitely sufficient! Owners are super nice and accommodating. Everything is clean and grounds appear to be well kept. Will recommend to friends and family and would come back and stay again.

This place is amazing!! It's clean, clean, clean!! Did I mention clean??!!! They have thought of everything in the quiet little place on the side of a mountain. I was here for work so I didn't think to take any pics of the views!! This place would be perfect for large families trying to all stay together in on place during reunions or weddings. It's American owned and operated by an awesome family and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a room. Very rare that you find extremely clean and affordable in the valley!!

This place is so nice !! They are friendly, and helpful in every way !! Loved the room, the beautiful view, and helpful folks there !! It's quiet, and off the main road, and up a hill !! So you can enjoy the mountains, and still be central to all things !!

Handy to the freeway, Cherokee, Asheville. It is a quiet, clean cozy motel. The staff is nice and the room was extremely spacious. The fully equipped kitchen was great We had a gas fire place and two comfy chairs It was more like a cozy home away from home than a hotel. Great value. I would gladly stay there again.

My husband and I stayed for a weekend. It is very difficult for us to have a weekend off together due to work schedules. We booked at The Chalet. We absolutely fell in love with the whole atmosphere it was clean, quite and very peaceful. You can 't beat the view of the mountains. We stayed there the first weekend in June 2016.

Wonderful experience! The rooms are large. Everything was very clean. The staff is friendly. The owners, Kurt and Debbie, are great people! They make you feel at home. I will be back andown want to get married here, if that happens again! The views of the mountains are beautiful!
