Good clean hotel, friendly staff. Major chain restaurants in the area are limited. Nice area. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place. The staff was very friendly. Overall this hotel is new and clean. Breakfast was good. Mostly for us just off the parkway. I highly recommend.

A decent place to stay in for a few nights. We visited brevard, NC because of all the surrounding trails in the area. They let us park in the back of the hotel and have our bikes kept in the room. The place was neat and clean.

Stayed here with a friend for three nights while attending a fiber arts show. From the price I was expecting something special. What I got was Location, location, location and not much else. Room was clean and quite. Furniture and linens were worn and dated. Breakfast had more choices than usual, but was still a motel breakfast. Overall I was disappointed and would not pay the price again.

Great area for Montain biking. Downtown Brevard is awesome with all the shops and dining. Awesome place.

I've stayed here several times and it has always been a pleasant experience. I've never had a complaint and if I did I'm sure the friendly staff would take care of it.

My room was called and my 2 year old baby was woken up at 12am for Christina to tell me that I need to come to the front to move my vehicle after being told that I could park in the spot that I was parked in which was the exact same spot that I happened to park in the previous night. When I returned from relocating my vehicle from the spot that I was told I could park it in I called the clerk (Christina) to the from the back to inquire about why she called my room so late and to ask if she couldn't think of a better way to handle this situation besides calling my room at 12am when I have a 2 year old in my room sleeping. Christina was extremely combative and immediately started yelling at me as if me questioning her about calling my room at midnight was a problem. In the middle of her yelling at me I asked for her name. She replied Christina, I asked for her last name and she replied "I'm NOT TELLING YOU" in the most rude demeaning tone I've ever been spoken to in in my life. This person clearly shouldn't be dealing with any customer on any day anywhere. This is by far the MOST HORRIBLE experience I've ever had to endure at any establishment period. Due to this experience we will NEVER spend money with this hotel chain again If something drastic isn't done to rectify this situation. If you're considering staying here I would would highly recommend finding somewhere other than this place to stay.

Nice hotel. Quiet, clean, and the stay was perfect for my needs. I will be staying here again thia summer. Mark at the front desk was friendly and welcoming.

Comfortable beds, Keurig, microwave, and refrigerator in the room; nice shower head with good water pressure; great free breakfast with biscuits and gravy, cheese omelets, pancake machine plus the usual items of bagels, muffins, juice, coffee, cereal and yogurt. Great place to stay!

We had a quiet, comfortable night. The rooms need a little updating and they definitely need new carpet, but the breakfast was delicious and it's conveniently located right off the interstate 26 on the way to Brevard.

I'm a semi-regular guest at this hotel. It's nothing special, but the beds are nice. I think it's just due for a little upgrade. Staff is very friendly and breakfast is complimentary so no complaints on those fronts.

We stayed for the Memorial Day Weekend and loved it. Nice rooms, breakfast was awesome! Clean and Friendly. They also provide a military rate. I will stay again next visit.
