Literally have been coming to the broiler for 40 years. Live in Alabama now but stop here every time I come to the DC area for business. Not the fanciest place but definitely the best subs in the area. Brings back memories every time I go. They are a Columbia Pike institution!

The Cheesesteaks are the best in the area (i've tried 4-5 different places) and the prices are fair but if you get a 12" cheesesteak, you'll definitely get good value. The fries are great. They always give you plenty and they are the crinkle cut too. Recommend!

A staple in Arlington! If you're craving some fatty food after a night of drinking or just have the munchies - GO TO THE BROILER! it's worth the drive if you're coming from another city other than Arlington! Employees are super friendly too!

Great neighborhood staple. We walk here and grab cheesesteaks from time to time. Always good. If only they delivered.

I had the meatball sub. The bread was awesome like a pizza crust. The sub was good. Wasn't so much meatballs as it was meat sauce like spaghetti and meat sauce. Over all it tasted great. Fries were excellent.
