Great staff. Very accommodating. Some amenities are dated but mostly because of the main building. Great location and the whole building has a classic feel. We did the escape room around the block and it was great as well.

Excellent location. Staff is great. My daughters came with my grandson. We had drinks in the living room and didn't bother anyone!

Clean rooms, updated bathroom, spacious beds. Nice bar area. You could miss the entrance if driving. The entrance is on the side. Valet parking available for you on-site as well as on street parking. Staff is friendly and inviting.

Stayed the weekend for a friend's wedding on site. Staff very helpful and kind, beautiful ceremony. Rooms were classic and comfortable, if maybe a little small.

The staff is superb! They really know how to make you feel welcome, and they checked in on me throughout my stay to insure everything was up,to or beyond expectations. Excellent location. Whenever I'm in Old Town, you'll find me here.

Loved the location right of King Street. Plenty of shops, places to eat and near waterfront. Staff were fantastic and amenities were also. Enjoyed my stay.

When this hotel was under Kimpton it would have been 5 stars. Unfortunately when it switched over the cooks left. It's in a great location, not great parking options, but if you are willing to move your car in the morning you won't have to pay for overnight parking. Great restaurants near by and shopping. The rooms are small and the last time I stayed I had an issue with the AC which did not get resolved in a timely manner. We did get a voucher for free breakfast so they are willing to make up for it. They need to hire more maintenance workers. But overall its a great hotel when it comes to service otherwise. Usually someone at the front door to greet you and open the door. All the workers were friendly.

This hotel seems to be a step above the rest they are very welcoming, courteous, polite, and much more. They are respectful of one's privacy and prompt to respond to requests. The atmosphere of Old Towne Alexandria is perfect in providing the colonial lifestyle feeling!!!

This place is amazing! The service was outstanding and the rooms were phenomenal. I stayed on the first floor in the lower level and it was quiet and comfy even with the bar and sitting rooms above. The walk in shower was great.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Small room but exactly what we needed. Lots going on in the area if you want to get out and walk. Breakfast was fantastic. Negatives are, no free WiFi and the television wasn't in HD.

I love this place! It is very close to King Street and all the shops and restaurants. The staff were extremely professional, helpful, and nice. Their coffee is yummy and the bar is nice quite place to have an after dinner drink before retiring. You can sip your drink at the bar or on the small patio outside. The camellias were in bloom so the patio was lovely. If southern charm, polished brass, and a comfy bed are your thing then this is your place!

I attended my cousin's wedding and was truly impressed. As I walked towards the door, a gentleman opened the door to give me entrance. The staff is friendly, polite and made the visit, even more special. It is a boutique hotel which gives a sumptuous impression. Kudos!
