Beautiful home, wonderful breakfast, gracious hosts. Noisy church tower clock and window air conditioning. But, I am used to the quiet of the country.

We have known Susan and David for over 10 years now and stay at the Inn for our traditional anniversary weekend vacation/hike to Mt. Monadnock. Both are truly the best at what they do - Susan makes everyone feel warm and welcome as the innkeeper and David is a chef extraordinaire! Beautiful grounds, clean and comfortable rooms, and delicious breakfasts are a standard here. Our daughter has joined us for the last several years and has enjoyed it just as much. She is slowly introducing it to her friends from high school, too. We hope to continue coming to Bridges Inn as long as Susan and David are innkeepers there.

We stayed at The Bridges Inn over the Columbus Day weekend. You must drive through the Thompson covered bridge -one of 6 in the area - to get to this B&B. The accommodations were charming and comfortable, including a tin bathtub - a first for me!

The food was spectacular - creative, delicious, and all prepared on premises. Innkeeper Susan and chef David were very accommodating of special dietary needs, and provided tons of info about local attractions, restaurants, and local history. We walked the rail trail which runs about a block from the Inn, drove to the covered bridges, and took in the local color.

We look forward to future stays.

We stayed two nights and really enjoyed it. It was only our second B&B experience and it was our best so far. The breakfast on Saturday was delicious, with fresh fruit, homemade bread, and good coffee! The room we stayed in (Thompson Bridge) was very nice, and we slept great both nights. Susan and David were very friendly and great hosts. I was up for the marathon in Keene, as were several others, and David was very accommodating of us, providing a light breakfast at 6:30am.

Have you ever had a dream about stepping out of your life and into the past. A time that stands still. A time of beauty, romance, charm and love. From the moment you step onto the grounds of the Bridges Inn you will begin that dream. A sence of peace and tranquility will come upon you and from that moment in time until the moment you leave you will be living your dream. There is nothing but grace and elegance about each and every room in this Inn. I can not imagine ever going anywhere else that could take away the magic that the Bridges Inn has brought to me.
