Amazing, comfortable, clean, very friendly staff, pet-friendly, yummy breakfast! Actually, our breakfast was the best part. Lisa (breakfast host) went out of her way to meet our needs. I've never seen so many options in a complimentary breakfast. There were even Dairy-free and gluten-free choices!

I only gave this hotel 3 stars because the double beds were more like 3/4 beds and not very comfortable. The decor was mediocre and could stand to be upgraded. The bathroom was very small and had the sink area outside of it along with the light switch for the bathroom. Not a good idea if someone accidentally shuts off the light from the outside. Additionally, we had to go through 4 channel changers because none of them worked. A staff member brought down another new one only for us to discover it didn't work either. Yes, we know how to use it but it wouldn't even shut the TV off. We had to shut if off manually. I will give accolades to the staff because they are quite accommodating and friendly.

Scale 1-5. location 4. Amenities 2. No jacuzzi in the tiny pool room. Room 208 2 because tiny bathroom. Sink (and lightswitch ) was on the outside.room otherwise ok. Only one ice machine, in lobby. .

For a French guy like me, the room is quite big. Maybe American people will find it a bit small Everything is sooooo big here!
The bed is very comfortable. This is the most important for me.
Breakfast is OK too.
And it's a very quiet place. If I have to come back to Keene, I think I will choose this hotel once again

Pros: Great location. Easy walking distance to a few shops. Plenty of parking. Very strong shower. Free breakfast in the morning. Built in blow dryer, refrigerator, and microwave. Plentiful parking. Cons: There was a fly buzzing in my room. I had the first floor room next to that stairs and I heard every cream of someone walking down the stairs and closing the doors. TV is large LED HDTV displaying displaying blurry standard definition content. That makes no sense.

We booked Online; when we got there, everything went smoothly. Clean, comfy accomodating rooms. Great service! Excellent breakfast assortment with the kindest hostess/cook/table cleaner we have ever met 😀

Good for the most part. However when my wife and I got here to check in for a wedding party they had given our original room away to another wedding party without warning or compensation. We had the room booked months in advance.

Front desk was helpful with an issue upon checking in and again the next day with a few questions. Internet is well above average speeds compared to most hotels. Rooms are clean and we'll put together. The tv quality in my room was acceptable but could be improved.

Extremely friendly staff; bright, spacious room; comfortable bed; hot water; breakfast had good options; affordable rate -- If I ever travel to Keene again I would definitely stay here again. What makes it a 4-star review instead of 5 is that you can hear hallway noise from inside the room. So bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Overall, a great place!
