We booked our reservation under a group room block so we could be together with our group. The group was on the first floor, and we were originally given a room on the second floor. The front desk was able to change our room to another room downstairs, however still away from our group. The room smelled like cigarettes even though it said it was a non smoking room. Room was dirty, blood stain on the sheets. The only good things about this hotel was the pool area was nice, and the breakfast was good. The management did work with us and reduce the rate of our stay due to these inconveniences, but will still not stay here again.

Staff messed up card transactions and didn't tell me until my second to last day. Then told me it was impossible they messed up. Finally got to talk to the manager he's a saint. And he fixed everything and apologized on behalf of his staff. Rooms are clean and well kept. Breakfast is wonderful too. Just upset with the staffing and bill transaction.

Great hotel clean and convenient to everything. Loved that the dogs could stay with us! Didn't smell like a dog room at all. Breakfast included was a Bonus. Will definitely use them again. (Only disappointment was Waxy's Bar/Restaurant attached to the hotel has been undergoing 'renovations' since last Summer. We used to love going there. It was initially supposed to be ready early Fall and 8 mos later still not open and staff has no info on what's going on. It's a shame the guests are required to go off-property for food and drinks.)

Great staff, extremely helpful. Wonderful, comfortable room. We had a room with 2 queen beds. I happened to be on crutches and the spaciousness of the room allowed for easy movement. The bathroom was phenomenal! There were hand rails everywhere and a shower seat that made it very easy to get a good shower and wash my hair. Thank you!

Good hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast selection and food quality. A problem with water pressure and control of water temperature. Would stay there again anytime. I would just avoid using the hide-a-bed sofa to sleep on.

Clean room, friendly staff. Enjoyed the pool, continental breakfast was better than most average hotels. I forgot something in the room and the called me immediately. Easy check out. Close to many other amenities.

If I could give this place a 1/2 review I would.
First, through a comedy of errors we were locked out of our room and it took almost one hour to get in. Two awesome staff members did all the could to help. I'd hire those two kids in a heartbeat.

Second, we had a two night stay through 2 separate reservations. Regardless of my request, from nearly 2 months ago, we were forced to change rooms for night 2.

NEVER EVER EVER will I stay at a Best Western again. The money I saved was not worth being an hour late to a wedding.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It seems to be either new or recently refurbished. Either way, it is quite a nice place to stay. Breakfast was also good, with the normal spread of food. Every member of the staff that we had contact with was also very friendly and helpful. I would totally stay here again the next time we come to town.

Very good experience. We stayed here for two nights over a weekend while on a business/pleasure trip. The hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. There was a fridge and microwave and coffee maker in the room plus coffee and hot water for tea and hot chocolate available off the lobby. We were a little disappointed with the amount of egg selections (only a performed egg patty) at the complimentary breakfast buffet but everything we tried was delicious. Good coffee too! The restaurant was closed and under renovation so that may have been the reason for no bacon and other types of eggs. The staff was very pleasant and we received a daily text asking if there was anything they could do to make our stay more enjoyable. The rooms were quiet even though there was a wedding reception going on. All in all a good experience.

The Keene, NH Best Western is very clean and bright. The carpet and furniture is good quality and pleasing colors. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms well appointed and clean. The rooms are very good sized. The people working were all personable and helpful. They were very accommodating and considerate of my mother-in-law, 91years old. We would definitely stay there again.

Best Western is an amazingly convenient, clean and friendly hotel. It is also pet friendly, to the point where they give your pet a little welcome kit. It is close to shopping, food and it is in a safe neighborhood too. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I would have given a 5 star review, but the free breakfast was way too crowded, because of the way it is set up in the morning. It's a huge room, but they put all the food onto two counters and people were like vultures getting it in the morning. We actually went out to breakfast on the second day to avoid it.

We were very pleased with the hotel and employees. We were only there for the weekend but will definitely go back if we are in the area. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was nice along with the waitresses being accommodating and helpful to our two toddlers.

I always use this hotel. The staff is great!! Once I forgot a pair of heels and they called to let me know!! It's always clean and I have never encountered a problem. The beds are comfy and breakfast offers multiple varieties from hot to cold options.

Staff was incredibly kind and apologetic when there was confusion about whether we had a pet or not. The room left much to be desired. The lighting was cold and hospital-like, the room's lingering scent made it evident that it had once been a smoking room and they were trying to cover it up with masking scents. The breakfast was really good. Parking was convenient. Ice machine upstairs was not working so we had to use the one downstairs. Overall, not sure if there's much better in the area for the price but definitely far from perfect.

We had a great experience and the room was very clean. The bed was comfy but the pillows were small. You can charge vending machine items to your room. The breakfast was very delicious!! The staff was very helpful helping us stay an extra night because we liked the hotel so much.
