My wife and I stayed here for a night it was horrible!!! We arrived at 4:30 (check in is 4) I was told the room was not ready it would be 5-10 minutes. I'm fine with that I come back 20 minutes later and was told it would be just a few more minutes. I'm a bit annoyed. I go out side and walk around to the side if the hotel and find the housekeepers smoking a cigarette. Now I'm pissed. Long story short I got I to my room about 6 not even an apology. The toilet leaked and the bathroom was dirty. The next morning I go down for a Coffee they advertise that they have a Starbucks. It's not the coffee was horrible. I didn't like this hotel. I hope it goes out of business and the clerk stubs his toe

Noticed too late that there was a huge purplish reddish stain on bed..slept on couch. Told manager next morning and showed picture- i was staying for 2 nights. He took a whopping $40 off. Big deal. Gross stain..huge inconvenience..what happened to making things right? You'd think that even an offering of dinner would be something they would have done. Ive stayed at Marriots before..never this gross..and I travel every few months.

When I arrived the woman to greet me was wonderful but I later went to get a new room key because mine didn’t work and the manager was awful. She had a terrible attitude and was rude towards children. Food was about 2.5/5 stars. Service 1/5 with absolutely no hospitality. Would not recommend to a friend

I came to stay for business. After an easy check in, I was given a third floor room. It was spacious and comfortable. In the morning I went to the Bistro for breakfast and Starbucks. After I came back for the evening, my room was made and cleaned. All a very relaxing and easy stay.

AMAZING!! AWESOME ROOM AT A FANTASTIC PRICE!! My husband and I travel a lot both personally and professionally (Lifetime Platinum, SPG). We were very happy with our stay. Staff was friendly, room was clean and has very updated modern feel with a very comfortable bed! Great location too on Main Street with a great restaurant below the hotel (both of our meals were cooked to order and delicious). HIGH QUALITY at a great price. Thanks for a wonderful quick stay!

It's the ideal location for dinner and walks at the square. The staff is friendly and helpful and there is a Starbucks on premise.

A wonderful location for Courtyard. The room was spacious, clean, and properly appointed. The staff was professional. The setting was unexpectedly delightful, with the hotel a brief walk from the main strip for Keene, making it easy to wander about on foot for food, shopping, or just to stretch your legs.

Decent hotel. Could use an update, and a better parking solution Overall not bad though.

We haven't stayed yet, but I met with Christine who's works there and she went above and beyond to help me reserve rooms. She brought us to each room let us look at them and helped us figure out what would work best for us since we would be there for our wedding weekend! I was very impressed with the customer service we received! See you all July 6th!

Great location, clean rooms, nice facilities. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I stay in a lot of courtyards and this one was the brand standard.

I have to say parking seemed odd here but the people are great. and it has a POOL TABLE in the sitting area you can play for free. I was there most nights people watching and getting a few games in. Great place to hang out and unwind after a long day.

Nice and spacious room. Modern and updated in general. Unfortunately there is not breakfast included and it must be purchased separately.
