Where do I even begin? The lodge is located in a small town with lots of things to see and do. Also not that far from Eldora. The room was extremely homey, the bed was so comfortable.
The staff at the lodge are amazing! Chris, Ron, and Winnie are amazing people. They took the time out of their day to talk to us and let us know where to go to get the best experience possible. I forgot my purse when we left. The staff made sure to find it for me and mail it to me. Incredible people! We will be coming back for years to come. Best vacation ever!
My fiancé and I stayed here for our 4 year anniversary and it was one of our favorite vacations together. The king suite was spacious and very reasonably priced. Chris at the front desk was quite friendly and able to answer all of our questions about the area. The lodge was less than 15 minutes from the parking lot at Eldora which worked perfectly for us. Would highly recommend.
We have stayed here many times in the last 5 years. They have really stepped up their game!
Chris was most helpful, courteous and informative. Very good breakfast as well!
The location is perfect walking distance for any of Nederland's activities!
A reading room and board games upstairs, make for a cozy evening in this pet friendly, rustic getaway!
Don't tell anyone, I want to be able to still get a room!! Hahaha
Fantastic. Was my first time planning a trip, and Ron made it easy. Everyone there was super helpful and friendly. Clean, comfortable, and they even had ibuprofen ready for those of us experiencing altitude sickness!
Absolute 5 stars for hospitality thanks to Ryan, especially. He spent a lot of time acquainting us with local food, culture and activities. The lodge is a bit dated, but we didn’t expect 5 star decor, either. It was very clean. Fresh full breakfast was included with our room. All in all, a nice stay.
We stayed at the Boulder Creek Lodge July 22-25 and enjoyed our stay. The staff is extremely friendly and informative about the area and helped us plan our activities with valuable information. The rooms were clean and quiet and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the grocery store. We enjoyed complimentary breakfast each morning overlooking the Boulder Creek. The location is close to many attractions that we visited and great hiking in the area! We will come back next year! Great place to be!
This place was great! Charming little spot right on the water and in walking distance to all the bars and eateries. Ron was awesome! We were in a pinch and Ron drove us all the way to Ward to pick up our car! We will definitely be back!
Only hotel in town! Fortunately, it seems like a nice small town place. Log cabin feel. Good selection of rooms. Close to the best coffee places in town. Grocery right there. All of the historic "downtown" is within walking distance via a covered bridge over the creek. Several restaurants with good food nearby. Very nice people.
Really friendly and helpful staff. They seemed to enjoy working here. The room was clean, and very unique. The food isn't great, but the train cars across the street are a good option for breakfast. The manager was very accommodating after my brother broke his leg. Overall a wonderful visit. The location is incredible with Boulder close, and Eldora a 10 minute drive away. Nice folks and nice rooms. Good experience
The Boulder Creek Lodge was awesome. Went to Colorado for a ski weekend and this dude I know suggested I check it out. So I did and was quite impressed. Tucked away in the mountains west of Boulder, the small mountain town feel was cool. The staff here was super friendly. I met Ryan, JP, Ron, and Frank who all made me feel welcome and right at home. All of the shops and restaurants are within walking distance and the laid back mountain-life vibe was pretty neat. I met some really nice and interesting people and can't wait to plan my next trip out west. To the folks at The Boulder Creek Lodge, thank you for your hospitality and all around great trip. See you next time!
