Great place if you're looking for something clean, easy to get around the Golden area and cozy. Stay away from the breakfast. We prepaid and waited over 40 minutes for our breakfast because they "ran out of the prepared stuff." The creamer was spoiled, but happily replaced once I alerted someone. It was crowded and full of angry people experiencing the same issues we had. Beds were very comfortable and the heart worked great. Super clean bathroom.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. I came down with a horrible cold during my stay and even when the cafe was closed; they made me hot tea. Very nice and we would return and recommend this hotel.

Only needed an overnight stay. Easy to get to off hwy. Nice, clean room. Excellent service. 24 hr brewed Starbucks. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel room is very nice! All updated amenities! The front desk was very nice. We had been skiing all day at Keystone and was super thirsty when we got there. The front desk lady gave us a complimentary bottle of water each! That was a very nice touch. It was a good night rest and glad we stayed there!

The price is great for what you get! The staff are awesome and friendly. You can get Starbucks there at anytime, just ask the desk clerk for some if it looks closed. They know how to make them. The pool and the hot tub are worth visiting. Will go use them again when in town!

Front desk receptionist was extremely friendly and gave me multiple room options upon check-in. Seems like a great staff, nice rooms, and I have a feeling if I need anything changed or something is not up to standard they'll fix it pretty quickly.

My family enjoyed the hotel. Staff was friendly and the pool was nice. The bed was very firm, but the hotel would have still received 5 stars if it was priced lower.

Nice hotel. Helpful staff, nice neighborhood, near shopping. Room is good size, nice beds, good shower size with good water pressure. Microwave and mini fridge. Not five stars cause the TV's need updating and half the ice makers don't work. Other then that 4stars and would stay here again.

I had a pleasant stay here for the most part, but I have to give this place a low review because of 2 unacceptable incidents that should never happen at any hotel:
1. The front desk called my room at midnight to ask if I'd ordered a pizza (I hadn't) and why I wasn't answering my door (I was asleep). Next time, check the last name on the order, guys. Also, mobile phones are good for this sort of thing.
2. Some random guy just walked into my room at around 9am on the day I was supposed to check out. Oops.
If ONE of these things happened, I'd rate it higher. Definitely not staying here again.response / report this review -

Misleading info by staff. "Welcome. You've been upgraded to a larger room101"
"Would that be a handicapped accessible room?"
"Well, yes."
"Can we get a regular room?"
Manager comes in and punches around on the computer and sets us up in room 303.
By the time we go to dinner and catch a movie and finally get up to our roomand learn it is yet another handicap accessible roomI return to the front desk to ask about getting a regular room.
"Well, we're all sold out now, but yours is a larger room"
Bottom line: just be straight up with your guests right from the start.response / report this review
