Full time resident. The pool, hot tubes (indoor, outdoor), work out-room, racket ball are great. Wifi, and Comcast included. New and improved restaurant, and in house barber shop, item/souvenir shop. Out door grills and dog walking trails on-site. Most rentals have full or half kitchens and Front Desk is super helpful.

Pool was freezing. No adult would get in it. The hot tubs were crammed full. Room was very small room. Hallways filthy. Staff less than professional. Act like they don't care. "It is what it is." they say. A last resort place to stay that is on the expensive side. Bad wifi. Could not text or call half the time. Here's a photo of the tub behind the door. a motel 6 would be as good and less money. And I think there were bed bugs. My wife and I have been itching since we checked in.

We are staying in this hotel as a timeshare trade. We have two adjoining rooms, one with a king sized bed and one with a fireplace and kitchen. It's very nice. It's a kind of a rough drive to get here from Boulder or Denver, eapecially in the snow, but a nice quiet place to stay. Amenities are great and close to many outdoor activities. Overall very nice hotel.

Staying at a motel down the street, which would have been cheaper and better. The window crank was broken. You can hear anyone walking down the hall or on the next floor above you. The toilet broke due to corrosion and calcium build up(old age). Water temp fluctuated from scalding hot to ice cold multiple times per shower. The bathroom was so small that only one person could fit inside at a time; yet, it had two sinks. We had to push the chair and tables up against the blinds for privacy. The room had a door into the next room with NO sound cancellation. I even stuffed a towel under the 1/2" gap of the door in hopes that it would help; it didn't. We could hear complete conversations of the other guests. The hotel allows pets, which barked at any movement of luggage locks or keys. People(kids) were running up and down the halls as early as 6:30-7am and as late as 10:30-11pm. The shower had barely enough shelf room to hold a couple(2) items for use. This hotel has an on-site grill and bar but is only open for a few hours, which isn't even listed outside of the entrance. On top of all of this, the place is listed as a resort hotel. 100% will never be back and will not be recommended to anyone

Like stepping back in time. If you liked the 80s this place is for you! The small store inside sells only VHS tapes and don't forget to bring your racket ball equipment for the fitness center. This place is large enough that even when almost fully filled, it still feels empty. Definitely an experience.

Edit: Unfortunately I can't rate any lower that a one star. We found out we've been getting fraudulent charges to our account, and this has been going on for quite some time. Such an incredible shame (not to mention completely infuriating) that someone affiliated with this resort is trying to scam others. Buyers, beware. Watch your card statement.

Edit: Someone is making fraudulent charges from this property. If you do stay here, keep an eye on your account, and if you do pay by card, do so with one that has fraud protection on it. (So, generally credit rather than debit)

Nice location that isn't as crowded as many places get, unique pool facilities. Units have no AC, which is usually fine at 8000 feet, but you might want to pack a fan for air circulation.

Friendly, hospitable staff. By day two, Emily at the front counter had our warm towels waiting before we even asked for them. Could use a few updates, but an overall decent place to stay!

This place is honestly dated, and sometimes facilities aren't fully functional. However, we found it through AirBnB and it was pretty cheap. Our room was very large, and the bed very comfortable. On top of that, the room had a full service kitchen.
I would definitely stay again in the colder parts of the year (the room we had didn't have AC).

Circa 1980. This resort doubles as some people’s home. Service has been acceptable. Cleanliness around the exterior shows a lot of dog waste, cigarette smell, carpet smells. Bathroom faucets are dated and hard to open and close. We have a timeshare thought World International Vacation Club and will not be returning to this hotel.

We found our condo on Airbnb and we got a killer deal on a huge place! We wish our friends would have stayed committed and joined us because we had 5 beds, a kitchen, fireplace and patio all to ourselves! We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a very reasonable drive to Winter Park for skiing. We rented our skis from here and couldn't have been happier with the pricing and service!!!

The Inn is conveniently located near the Rocky Mountain NP, which was the most important thing for us. We were here in the off season, which is fine with us - less traffic is always better in our book. The facilities are fine. We had a comfortable place to put our heads at night. There's a restaurant, pool, gym, tennis courts, laundry, so most things are covered if you don't want to venture off into Granby. Overall, it's going to be fine for most people.

The room we stayed at is pretty great. New bed but a bit dated bathroom. The inn itself is okay. It is also pretty dated and has that old old house smell. The service was good but we didn't have much interaction with the service. The location is great as it is right off of the high way and City market.
