My family has been staying here for 2 months now. We adore Lisa!! She is really wonderful and always makes us feel well taken care of. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff is attentive and friendly. I highly recommend staying here!

I've been here for well over 6 months and I must say that this is a wonderful hotel. The office staff are super friendly and are well versed in ways to improve your stay. It's a quiet hotel depending on your neighbors. If you have an issue with a neighbor, don't hesitate to report it to Lisa or Jesse to take care of it. They're all about positive guest experiences and will do their best to resolve any issues.

I stayed here for six weeks. The hotel made me feel like home. The room was comfortable. The front desk people were helpful. There is nothing much offered for breakfast (only coffee and granola bar). I would say this is the only drawback.

I booked a room, requesting two beds, for two adults and a kid. We showed up after a concert at Red Rocks, and had to buzz the desk attendant (no complaints there, it was late). While she was nice enough, she admitted she was new and was having a hard time checking us in. We ended up in a room with ONE queen bed. We considered trying to sleep one person on the plastic-y chair, but there were no extra blankets. The blankets on the bed were stained and there was a dead bug on the nightstand. The room was fairly clean otherwise. The next morning, the Manger asked about my stay. I voiced all of these concerns, and I barely got an acknowledgement from him. Breakfast offered was coffee and granola bars.

This place is great! My daughter and I have been here for 30 days now, and the manager Jesse and assistant manager Lisa have done a wonderful job making this place feel like a home. The rooms are comfortable and functional; including the beds, kitchen, bathroom, and outside. The beds are comfy, the kitchen (and all the supplies they provide you with) is good, the bathroom has a lot of counter space, and there is a large grassy space outside to walk your dogs. The laundry facility is clean, fast, and cheap. What we like best is the amazing customer service, efficiency, and helpfulness Jesse and Lisa have been providing. We would definitely stay here again! I also want to complement Scott (the Chief Engineer) on how he keeps the property up! He is here all day long taking care of any maintenance issues that arise on the property! Scott is not only proficient, experienced, and knowledgeable, but he gets the job done in a timely matter. If they are not taking care of you Scott, I would be happy to hire you.

We have had our Truck robbed here twice already. The hotel will do nothing to help you either, so beware if you wish to stay here. No camera's and no security. You are taking a risk by staying at this location, and once you get robbed, there will be no help or accountability. You will just have to deal with it. It is better to go somewhere else.

Aside from the refrigerator suddenly dying (things happen), the accommodations were otherwise satisfactory. Parking can, at times, be difficult to find but never entirely absent -- at least in my experience.

I only stayed here because every other hotel in the area was booked. I ended up with a smoking room, which was nasty. The whole room was yellow from smoke, reeked of smoke, and had cigarette burns everywhere. I guess if you are a smoker, you might not mind it, but since I'm not, I could barely breathe in the room. I ended up changing my plane ticket rather than spend one more night in that room. And, now I see that they have charged my credit card twice for the room, so I am going to have to call and straighten that out as well.

On the plus side, they were very nice about refunding the second charge.

The hotel was an okay place to stay if desperate enough, which sadly was my fault to stay there in the first place. While there the staff were rude, and not even feeling welcomed there. I was just trying to have a nice weekend with my girlfriend. I'm in the military as a U.S. Marine and don't have much time to spend with her, but this place didn't make it any better. There was rude people arguing at night while trying to sleep. The staff came at my door while I was getting ready to leave and check out. I prefer if they called instead. I couldn't even find the remote to the T.V. while there. There wasn't a T.V. guide at all. What kinda satisfaction is this? It didn't feel like a small going away, but instead a place I will definitely not comeback to. Thank you.

$135 a night for guest screaming and fighting 10:00 at night outside my door, called the desk, rang 50 times no answer, guest openly drinking alcohol and smoking pot right outside the service desk while the so called front desk clerk was right there, guest lying on the lawn getting drunk. crack heads, ice heads. Its subsidized housing for drug addicts and SSI collectors. Threaten to be kicked out over hear say. All yours for $135 a nightwhats this world conning too? Disgrace

The hotel was nice at face value. Had to pay for cups, plates, pots and pans, etc. Only thing in the hotel was cat food. Box frame was broken. Bed was uncomfortable. Found bugs in the comforter. Biggest plus was hot water and toiletries.

Part hotel, part "supported housing" for homeless & substance abusing populations. Lots of down & out individuals sitting around. I took one look at the room & said I could not stay there. The clerk said my fee would be refunded the next day, but the manager refused to return my money. Wow.

My and family and I have been staying here for a little over a month and we are really pleased. It's very clean and well maintained, the mattresses are very comfortable, the rooms are not old and outdated, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Should we ever need somewhere to stay temporarily we will definitely come back. The area is also nice and quiet. No loud and obnoxious guests are cops here all the time.
