  Great day as always. Knowledgeable , safe drivers. Very nice bikes. Rest rooms and changing areas a treat after a long day. We will be back.

  Super friendly staff, went out of their way to accommodate us - we brought our own bikes and they fixed my son's tire before we headed out on the trailvery thorough inspection of our bikes - made us feel like they wanted us to be safe and have a great time as a family. They enjoy what they do and it shows. The canopy of trees on the trail itself provides good shade - which means that early October on the trail can be cold!!!! Can't wait to cycle it again!

  Highly recommend! Super friendly and helpful people. We brought in my husband's bike and they fixed his tire for free and made sure all our personal bikes had enough air. One of the workers noticed my bike was missing a screw and he replaced it for me. We rented a bike for my son and they included a bottled water and repair kit. The shuttle ride was pleasant on the way up to Whitetop. The entire experience contributed to our wonderful family experience on the Creeper Trail. Can't wait to go back in the spring to do the entire trail.

  I'm a newbie at the Creeper Trail and Damascus Bike Rentals, found Bike Station on Google Search, showed up at 10:30 for 11am shuttle to top of Hill. Couldn't have been better. Fast easy bike fit, good equipment, friendly, nice 35 min ride to top of hill and beautiful ride back to shop. Cost ~$27, no hassles, no deposit, just fun fast easy and if I do it again, it'll be thru these folks. thanks for reading
