Their estimate for repair was over $1000.00 so I went somewhere else. Total parts and labor was completed and guaranteed at a total cost of $225.00. Empire Ford are thieves.

Taken in our cars there 3 times for service and every time a problem. This last time a piece was left off and another piece broken off. Do not recommend service!

Taken vehicle for service there two times. The first time, a piece was broken on my vehicle when I got it back. There's always a lack of communication with the service department. Called several days to check status of my vehicle and no one will return my phone calls. Due to the poor lack of service, I will not be bringing my vehicle back to this location for service. The experience has been so bad, I have almost decided to switch to a different vehicle all together.

Heading home to maryland from Rhythm and Roots, and had major transmission issue. They took us in immediately, and turned out to be a warranty repair of failed transmission control module. In at 9, out by 11. Service personnel professional and courteous

Bob Hicks ( a new car salesman ) is the rudest car salesman I've ever dealt with. He was a smart ass during the whole process. I would not recommend him to ANYONE. I ultimately left and went elsewhere. He makes the whole company look bad! I won't be back to empire after that.

Okay so I had an appointment at 1pm to get tires put on, and rear rotors and pads, I got here at 1245 and it's now 430pm, and no word about my car. When I asked at 4:00 my car was getting lowered for a rest drive.

Long story short, find somewhere else for service,

Update: Apparently my caliper is broke despite being able to stop just fine before coming in. and was not allowed to take my car home ( i agreed to sign wavers and everything) and they would not give me a courtesy car to leave my car overnight

Edit: since the owner replied to my comment Why couldn't i have a courtesy car?

Friendly. Simple matter of: Dependent upon what is wrong with auto & if rookie or pro. So if need a pro for major issue then by all means STAND YOUR ASS UP & DEMAND A DAM PRO!

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT take your car for service here. Took my vehicle in to get some suspension damage fixed. Told me it need a steering rack and pinion (1100.00 part). Also said it was on backorder and they could not give me a ETA on when it would be in. My car was there from 1/9/2017 to 1/25/2017. I called 1/13 for update no response. On the 16th called again once again no response. Finally on the 17th I called Ford customer service and they started a claim for me, same day I called the service manager at Empire and let them know the case number. Finally got a ETA of FOUR weeks for the part on 25th. I called a Ford dealership near by and had them check on the part and they found one that could have here in 3-4 business days. I ended up having my car towed to them where they found that I DID NOT need the steering rack and pinion only a tie rod (40.00 part.) Also they put the wheel weights on the front of my on aftermarket wheels causing them to rub the brake calipers. The service department at Empire is the worse customer service I have ever received. So glad I got a second opinion and didn't make 2000.00 mistake.

The service department is useless. The staff at the counter are very inconsiderate and very rude. I have nothing against women but when one plays the female card to say to you that because she is a woman don't make her stupid because you are concerned about your car and its under warranty and they sold it to you but wont get you loaner car while yours is undriveable and they want to put off looking at it really jut makes me want to go else where. Never will I nor my family ever take another vehicle here to get it worked on.

Don't go here for state inspections! I took my car there, it took over a hour - I had to wait in the waiting area, and they came out saying I have a "burned out bulb 3rd brake light" and wanted $17 in labor to replace it. I told them I would fix it myself and bring it back. I got home and my bulb was missing! I have owned this car for 10 years and the bulb has been there and now all of sudden it disappears. I have to wonder if it was good all along and they had to get rid of it because they were trying to cover their labor cost of the new way they are doing inspections Just a thought. I am never going back
