  I am sorry to say but I had a worst experience with this agency. Got ticket with good price but the name had "typo". I asked him to change but they refused and manipulated that it is not possible and asked me to buy an new one. Which is ridiculous. I have called them continuously for 2 days no response. At-last, after so many calls and rough talk they fixed it.
