Great base area, night life, restaurants and businesses available. This hotel gives easy access to Vail's best gondola. Great friendly staff.
My boyfriend and I stayed at the Arrabelle for our first visit this November and had an amazing experience. We were given a complimentary room upgrade and the staff went out of their way the entire stay to accommodate us and help us with any small thing. It felt very comforting and "homey" to stay in a place where the staff knew our name and constantly asked if there was anything else they could do to help. Not only this, but we got engaged during our stay there and the staff worked with my fiancé personally to help set up the surprise and added on their own touches/ideas while coordinating with him. They took it very personally to make sure everything went perfectly for us!! We could not have chosen a better place to stay :)
Gorgeous hotel with every amenity you can imagine! iPads in each room, workout equipment in the closets, gorgeous rooms with fireplaces. The employees are incredibly friendly and hospitable and you couldn't pick a better location within Vail village - Central to everything. From the complimentary roman bath in the spa to the rooftop pool, I couldn't recommend this place enough.
All I can say is, "Wow!" My now fiancé took me up to Vail and popped the question. He surprised me with a few days at The Arrabelle, and we have never experienced better service. Zachary and the whole crew were hands on for the entire experience; everyone knew our names and had great recommendations for places to go. We had dinner at Flame, and the complementary shuttle took us there and arrived promptly when we called for pickup. When we returned from dinner, Zachary had left us a hand written note and a platter of his favorite desserts from the Tavern. Having access to a pool and hot tubs was fantastic, we took several long hikes and then relaxed in the hot tubs. The rooms were cozy and welcoming, we loved the fireplace and spent most mornings eating breakfast on the balcony. I couldn't have picked a better place to celebrate such a special event in our life.
Beautiful hotel but doesn't meet the true 5 star expectations. Stayed at the 4 seasons last year and was impressed by everything from check in to room upgrade to spa staff that were there for any need. Would pick 4 seasons over this hotel for the similar price any season. Vail resorts just can't compete with a brand like the Four Seasons. This is a new hotel and the rooms are already showing signs of wearcarpet, woodwork etc. The steam room had missing tiles and dirty floor and wine glasses sitting around in locker room lounge area. Brian at check in did a wonderful job as did the concierge staff.
Each stay has been fantastic! Great location, rooms are very nice and clean, friendly staff! Got to meet the GM while we were there, very nice guy! We will definitely be coming back!
Popped in a quick visit over Oktoberfest. Although not guests of the hotel we sat with one of the friendly, knowledgeable concierge, Tracie. She guided us through a helpful list of "must-try" retaurants and made a reservation at one of the suggestions. Spot on suggestion! Tracie made such an impact that my wife asked to stay at the Arrabelle on our next visit!
Love this resort. We have returned here several times. Rooms are spacious. Bathroom floors are heated. Location is close to the Lions head gondola and the walking path to central Vail.
This place is amazing and the service is outstanding. I am staying here for my wedding and I can't begin describe the experience with the staff and everyone at the Arrabelle. I will stay here again.
We are here for my wedding and the hotel is absolutely fantastic. The service has been wonderful and the suite is more than what I called for. Love the heated tile floor.
The food was good but it took longer than expected. The layout of the restaurant was classy and fancy.
We came during shoulder season so not a lot of places are open in Vail proper. But the staff and the hotel were impeccable. We're definitely planning on coming back during peak season!
I was only at the Arrabelle to attend a workshop on public speaking while at the state competition of FBLA, but nevertheless, my experience was no less than stellar. The place was so amazingly fancy and cultured, I was wearing a full, 3-piece suit and expensive shoes, and I felt too poor for this place. The Arrabelle was an outstanding building, and I would love to be able to see it once more.
