Guys openrd early for me. They are always friendly and helpful. Thanks. Can't wait for my handmade holster.
I give one star due to the absolute rudeness of the employees. I was looking for a certain mag for my husband's gun, walking in the door they automatically looked at me like I did not belong. The short guy with tattoos finally asked what I needed. When I told him what I wanted, he looked at me like I was just stupid. I had a photo to make it easier for them, and they had it. I said thank you, no reply from back from themnot surprised. I will not go back there. I will order online from now on. I don't have to deal with rude people. So sorry I am one of the "rare" women who don't know much about guns.
Rather small selection of ammo, and it's all kept behind the counter so it's impossible to "shop around" unless you come in already knowing what you want. Walked around cluelessly to find if they even sold AK Ammo in a place called "The AR Bunker" to begin with, nobody bothered to ask me if I needed help despite the fact the store was basically empty. Came in to buy some SD 7.62x39 and dude brought me a box of Tula HPs Paid almost $17 after tax for a box of 40. Kinda thought this local store would've beat the big name Academy down the road but boy was I wrong. I walked into the Academy sports after my purchase-- selection is like x10 bigger, all ammo is FREELY accessible to examine, WAY cheaper, and they even price match everything INCLUDING AMMO! I enjoy supporting local business, but I can't justify paying jacked up prices for ammo. Might as well just put a donation bucket out on the storefront because I sure as hell ain't paying for any "value".
High prices and small selection. Good customer service.
They act like your a criminal when you want to buy something
They don't even deserve 1 star.
#1 The firearms are way over priced. And they love to try to rip you off.
#2 They like to try to tell you that the firearms and ammo at academy and Walmart have problems and are no good.(Bs it's the same firearm made by the same manufacturer and from the same assembly line that YOU ALSO SALE)
#3 Their supposed sales and customer appreciation day are a joke.
#4 The customer service is a joke very very rude..Especially when dealing with rusty the owner
Very very rude , over priced firearms . I brought my 9mm sd9ve in my m&p 40 and m&p sheild 9mm in to trade for glock 23 as and 22 , these people tried to rip me off , the very rude old man with the gun smithing apron on Is terrible , As a gun loving resident of Newnan , I will never set foot 8n this place again , steer clear there are better deals on gun purchases in the Newnan area !
I have bought several pistols and rifles from The AR Bunker over the past 7 years and not once have I left feeling like the staff did not go out of their way to address any of my questions or concerns. Rusty has even checked and made orders for me on special items. They always have the best customer service and knowledge. Their prices have always been extremely competitive. Several times I have had questions or concerns and they have worked all out free of charge. The owner, Rusty has always been honest and helpful with any of my needs, his Son and co-owner, Lee is a great salesman and Reggie is a fine gunsmith. I highly recommend this company for any of your firearm and sporting needs.
Called and asked if they would mount and bore sight a scope on a big bore air rifle. Short answer was no we don't mess with the air rifle stuff.
Rather disappointed. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere.
Gun, guns, guns! What can I say, this place is a gun lovers dream. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. Ask for Brent, was very pleased with his service. Prices are average, to a little higher compared to big box stores. But I would rather buy from gun guys, and girls, than some teenage kid making minimum wage.
They do not always have the best price but the customer service makes up for it. They are always extremely competitive and the customer service and knowledge makes up the difference. Several times I have had questions or concerns and they have worked all out free of charge. I will not shop anywhere else, they are good honest Christian people whom always have done the right thing by me. I am proud to recommend them and proud to have this business in my town.
The guys at the AR Bunker know their stuff and offer great service. Prices are fair and selection is very good for a brick and mortar. Had them do some work on my gun and Reggie did a top notch job. Very hard to find somebody who can work on a gun without damaging it these days.
The prices on the guns at the AR Bunker will not be the lowest you find, but I'd argue that the service and any support you'll get from them will be worth the little bit extra you'll pay.
