Bought a used car that had a bad torque converter. Took them 10 min to find this problem AFTER I bought it. It was a vibration that I did not feel in the test drive because the conditions were not right for it to happen. Had to be a incline with a certain RPM. So their inspection process of used cars must not be too thorough. A main driving component like a transmission should be checked very well. They would not warranty the torque converter alone ($600) so I had to opt for a used transmission ($1,400) to get a warranty. That is a cheap price for a transmission but it's a kick to the you-know-what to fork out $1,400 before your first car payment. So get a certified used with a warranty or shell out the considerable extra money every month on your payment for their warranty coverage. I will say that their service department is very nice and fast. Just wish they had done the work before it was put up for sale.

I want to thank Michael, Brandon, Kevin and all of the great guys at Lagrange Toyota for a great experience finding me a new truck. My old truck was having major problems the day before we were leaving to go out of town for Thanksgiving. They were nice enough to give me a loaner vehicle to drive for the weekend and had me the exact truck I wanted the next week. I love the new truck!

Out of towner, in town and needed an oil change and rotation. I didn’t have a lot of time to get it done and wow what an EXCELLENT experience. The service manager Joey assisted me and from the the walk up was polite and professional. They were busy but still had me in and out in 30 minutes. That doesn’t happen at dealerships typically. Keep it up LaGrange Toyota! I will definitely be coming back when in need.

Most people usually dread the car buying experience and all that it may bring, however Alan Trainer and the folks at Lagrange Toyota were nothing but friendly, helpful, welcoming, and accommodating from the moment I walked into the dealership to the moment that I left with a BRAND NEW Corolla! Alan and the team were able to not only help me purchase a brand new car (that I did not think would ever happen), but they made me feel comfortable about what I was doing and I never felt in the dark about my purchase. I will continue to service my car and do my car business at this dealership most definitely for years to come!

This was my first time buying a new vehicle, and purchasing from a dealership at all. Lagrange Toyota made the whole process way less painless than I was expecting, as the employees were very helpful and understanding of my being a first time buyer with various questions and concerns.

Gerald and Maverick made me feel really comfortable and we're extremely helpful with the whole process. These guys are amazing at their job!

Lagrange Toyota also has a "tires for life" program and other extras that I look forward to using as it will make my life so much easier. Their customer service programs sound top notch to me, and that stuff is very important in m opinion.

I highly recommend this dealership as I don't think I will be going anywhere else.

I bought a truck and right after the papers were signed, I started experiencing a change of attitude in the salesman and staff.

I was told the service department would look at my old vehicle and let me know what was wrong with it. The was told by the salesman, that is not my department. I can't make them.
I was given 1 key. When I asked about a second, I was told I could purchase a second at cost. but would have to drive the 60 miles to get it. the drive I understand. The cost come on.
I went to get my tag. Over a thousand bucks. I find out they didn't do the taxes at the dealership. Yes I live out of state, but could have been warned.
What gets my grits the most is the salesman repeatedly telling me this is straight from the GM or that is not my department.

Had a wonderful experience with LaGrange Toyota! Dealt with Alan Trainer. Couldn't have asked for a better guy to deal and work with. He worked hard and made numbers work to fit the needs and the vehicle I was looking for and wanting. Highly recommend if you're needing a vehicle to go to LG Toyota and ask for Alan Trainer! So, for a usually miserable experience, this site completely changed my mind about car dealerships (well, at least this one!). The three gentlemen that I dealt with (James, Brandon and Jason) were absolutely amazing and an absolute pleasure to deal with!

The condition of the vehicle was second-to-none! The detail department is on a whole different level!!! Although I am sure that the vehicle came into their possession in great condition, it now looks mint!

This dealership is all about getting you the best deal possible, and I truly appreciate their dedication. I feel as though I had the upper hand throughout the whole deal, and I stole the vehicle from them!! (I can almost bet that I actually didn't, but I sure felt like it!!!)

Overall the best experience I have ever had at a dealership, and this can easily be summed up with one example. Brandon (big dog on campus) overheard my wife inquiring about the bathroom. At that point he walked over and offered to show her and my kids where the restroom was. There was no pointing in the general direction, he walked them right to the door and ensured they knew exactly where the facility (top-notch by the way) was. The amazing care and respect that customers are shown is First-In-Class!!! Thank you again for the experience and assistance, and if I am in the market for another vehicle I will go no where else!!!
