  If i could leave no stars i would! My wife granmother has been at this ficility since jan 2023. It is now may 2023, and she has fallen a total of 5 times! This last tine broke her hip! This is horrendous ! You send a loved one to a facility to be cared for and to be safe. Whos watching her ?. If my dog got sick i would not let the incompetent staff that populate this faciloy no where near him. You need to be sued and held accountable for you actions, or in this case non action and incompetence!

  I have only been here for a few months but I enjoy working at this place. Great staff members and I love each and every resident. This is like my second home. I learn something new everyday and I get tought new things each day. Out of all my jobs this is a good job. I enjoy coming in and looking out and helping the residents. This is a good facility to work at. There are good days and bad days but more good days .

  Within In My 2 Years Employed With ElmCroft I Have Experienced More Great Days Than Bad With Staff , Residents , And Also Family Of The Residents. I Am Very Well Connected With Everyone Here Including Residents. Of Course Every Job Get Overwhelming But It’s Up To Your Team To Work Through It. The Residents Are Our First Priority. I Love My Job ! Our Community Is A Family ❤️

  I Would not advise ANYONE to apply let alone bring any of your loved ones to stay for AL or any of Elmcorft care I trained there for Four days seen residents get treated like pure trash watch them sit in dirty diapers & BM stains on clothing, i even watched my trainer wash Mrs. Sharon P in dish liquid soap & thought it was funny!!!!!! No respect for the elderly the place is all around horrible I witness several residents fall I would not recommend this job to ANYONE & I wouldn't send my mother, father, grandma, grandpa ETC there IDC how cheap the cost is no one should be treated like that the Executive director Wendy only care about the money, the place is a complete mess literally!!!!! I
  quit due to the place focus on the drama more than the residents there was even one resident on memory care say she is ready to die due to how they treat her please read before ANYTHING.
