  The management team there are terrible! They can hardly keep employees! If you place your love one/s here, please check in on him/her Regularly!. written 9/19/2023-All of a sudden Staff are giving reviews because of how they treated a dedicated ex employee Heather Anderson who have given her All, especially to the residents and expressed the TRUTH about TerraBella Harrisburg!

  Terra Bella Harrisburg is a great place to work. The residents and families are very pleasant. The building is clean and tidy. There are activities throughout the day for the residents. Dining services accommodates the residents needs and wants. The managers and staff are great to work with.

  Terra Bella does not even deserve one star. I would never put a family member in there. I worked there for a year and 9 months and reported and seen so much abuse. The kitchen runs out of food, the residents don't get their medications, they have residents with bed sores, not a good place please fill free to contact me for more info. Liz the new ED does not do her job. They put on a show to get residents in there once your in there the truth comes out. They didn't have a nurse for over a year. The residents deserve better. I pray you pick another option for your loved one

  I have never seen staff that treat residents and employees as if they were family, but they do at TerraBella Harrisburg. They provide dignity and support to patients, and the staff is very experienced. I can not recommend anything better. Amazing place! Take a tour and meet the staff. They are fantastic! The facility is very nice and clean, and very well maintained. Perfect place for your loved one

  I work with a senior placement and resource company here in Charlotte and I visit many different Assisted Living communities in my efforts to help my families find the best new home for their loved ones.
  
  TerraBella Harrisburg is one of my favorite places to take my perspective families and I consistently have a great experience with touring this community. Their Marketing Director Christie Helms is one of the most warm and caring people I’ve met in this industry and she and their Executive Director Teri always make us feel welcome.
  
  I always feel confident in recommending this community to my families as I know they will receive loving care and attention. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!
