A member of our family has been here since November,2022. We have found Terra Bella staff to be very accommodating to the needs of our loved one; good listeners and following through in good care. There have been many challenges and they have handled them with care and concern to provide the optimum environment in his memory care unit. We are most thankful for the team effort that is made each day for the residents to have a safe, clean and caring home. Every family needs the assurance that Terra Bella, Shelby gives.

Terra Bella Shelby is a special, caring, and professional community for seniors. When you walk into the facility, you get an immediate sense of warmth and southern hospitality. It's well maintained inside and out, so you feel as if you've stepped into a nice hotel or college campus. Most importantly, the staff is friendly and geniunely cares about their residents and provides excellent care. The size of the facility also makes it feel like a true family. TB Shelby is a beautiful home for beautiful people.

I thought it was an okay place until we found better. The staff are rude and hateful. They talk down to residents and are lazy. People pay to live here they should be treated like it is their home not a jail.
