My grandmother has been a resident at Terra Bella Northridge for 9 months now. Everyone has been professional and accommodating, making her feel at home and giving our family peace of mind that she is in very good hands. Transitioning Nana from living alone to an assisted living facility was an adjustment and hiccups are expected when caring for a 90 year old (on top of balancing our 3 young children of our own). We couldn’t have done it without the support of the team at Terra Bella, and highly recommend you reach out for a tour if a loved one in your life is needing a new place to call home.

The care staff for my mother in memory care were wonderful! They were always kind and loving towards her. I never had any complaints at all.

TerraBella Northridge is such a friendly, caring, and cozy community! As someone who used to work here for many years and now come as a vendor, the staff are compassionate and go out of their way to help. You can tell the residents are well cared for and the staff are happy to work there and truly enjoy the residents. The leadership is amazing. The beautiful, new renovations are just icing on the cake :) Its so nice to partner with this community and its "people". I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a community for their loved one!

The staff at TerraBella Northridge provides compassionate, and professional care. They take time to provide updates on how my husband is doing and they’re like family.
It's great to see how comfortable he feels being in the memory care center and it brings me peace of mind knowing he is well cared for.response / report this review
