I was a worker there and I DO. OT RECOMMENDED it at all they are not staffed like they should be they just are unprofessional I really don’t recommend this place you can ask for help and they not give you the help you need please don’t work here or put your family here this is not a safe environment one aid all them residents it’s not right

The place seems to care about there employees and residents. Don’t let that fool you. 50% of residents in their independent living need assistance with care or have obvious memory issues. All they want is that money to look full. The residents are sweet. Why would you accept someone in a facility, knowing your doing them and the residents there a big disservice. Money is the answer. Sad place. Also notice those “good” reviews a few weeks ago are around the same time. The staff goes in to make fake reviews so they look good.

I work with Terra Bella quite frequently and they have always been supportive of my families looking to transition to a lower level of care. Janelle, Jody, and Robyn are amazing to work with and make Terra Bella warm and inviting for new and returning residents. They are quick to respond to referrals and honest with their assessments. The facility is beautiful and their residents truly feel like it's home. Terra Bella is an amazing place with an amazing team!

Terra Bella Asheboro is a great place to work! Friendly staff that work together as a team to make sure the residents get the love and care they need every day! I highly recommend this community.
