The best Mexican food and experience ever!!! The margaritas and food are the best and everyone who works there is friendly. We look forward to going there every time we go to ocean city.

We went in for the Wednesday taco special. They were pretty decent tacos, not the greatest but we'll worth the price. Large portions. I could fill up for under $6 (plus drinks).

This place has been one of my go to places since I have been coming to OC! I have left good reviews always. However, tonight we went in for a drink and my husband accidentally spilled mine and they charged me full price for a replacement and didn't ask me if I wanted it. I could see the conundrum in the bartenders eyes vs the owner/ manager who was on the customer side of the bar drinking. Basically the food and the staff are great, and the manager and/or owner is a jerk. My hubby messed up by spilling my drink, however being a bartender myself I would have replaced that drink free of charge based on the fact that I had taken two sips out of it.

Food is great. Unfortunately, a little pricey. Some of the decor could stand to be redone. Margaritas are on point amazing! I highly recommend getting your dish topped in queso. The reason I give it four stars and not 5 is that it could really stand to get some updated decorations. The booths are uncomfortable and the carpet is clearly full of margaritas and beans of the past.

Still good but not great. We've been coming here for years. Pricey, pay extra for chips and they just want to get you in and out. Again, still good food and service. Just not like it used to be.

Salsa is amazing however don't expect to get complimentary chips and salsa oh no hunny you gotta pay $3.50 for each extra basket. Also super over priced. Literally everything. I ordered a singular taco for $4. I get that this is a tourist town and that is certainly considered in this review. The service is good and friendly but never in my twenty four years of life have I had to pay for chips and salsa.

Food was extremely bland (at least the burrito I had was). Simply meat and beans wrapped in a tortilla (which stuck to the plate) covered in shredded lettuce, tomatoes and shredded cheese. Desperately needs a sauce and the cheese melted. Rice was not the typical Mexican rice, so was also bland. Margaritas were decent. As for the decor, this place needs a complete overhaul. Get rid of all the tacky beer ads and such and make the place more presentable. Also, a place called "Tequila Mockingbird" should really give you a tequila menu too, not just a margarita menu. Go for the drinks, but eat before you come.

Food and service was average. The whole place smelled like dank wet spilled alcoholic drinks with a light aroma of vomit. It seriously needs a hot power washing with chlorine.

This is the BEST Mexican restaurant in OC! We've tried them all. Outstanding (and very entertaining) bartenders! The salsa is freshly made, the food and service is consistently good.
