I recently purchased a 2016 Chevy Traverse from Ted's Auto Sales. My sales person was Ron. I have been looking for a couple months when I went to Teds Auto. I was very frustrated with my car lot experiences so far shopping for a new car for my wife. Once I spoke with Ron I knew this was not going to be the same poor experiences I had in the past with others. Ron showed me the vehicle I was looking for as I already knew what vehicle I was interested in because of there great web site. I felt no pressure during the vehicle inspection. The purchase was a breeze working with Ted's. I used outside lending and was not pressured to use an in house lender as you will find other dealerships try to get you to do. Once I got the vehicle home for a day I had a question and they without hesitation resolved the matter. I then returned yesterday to have tires, mats, and a paint touch up completed as agreed in the sale. Once again everything went as agreed. I cant say enough good things about Ted's Auto Sales. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. I will and would recommend anyone in need of a new vehicle to stop by Ted's Auto Sales.

I don't normally write reviews but found it necessary here. I've always been hesitant about the used car lot buying experience but can honestly say Ted's is the real deal if service after the sale means anything to you. We developed rear brake issues well after the sale and contacted this dealership about it. They said to run it by and they would look at it. They made repairs while i waited. No charge. The shop employee simply said " We take care of them ." Thanks to all. You've gone above and beyond and I'll look no further when its time for another vehicle!
