My family has known Mr. Mansfield for quite a while. That was my first reason for going to Donnell Salem but everyone at the dealership was friendly and willing to help with whatever I needed. The finance part was simple and easily explained so I could understand. I have also used the service center in the past and I have been very pleased with the service that this dealership has provided. Mr. Mansfield worked with me and was very honest from start to finish and went and got the truck I wanted after me stopping and mentioning I wanted a different color truck. They were also very honest about my trade and everything was explained so that I understood where things were at. There was no games played here unlike a lot of other dealers I have dealt with. I appreciate his and all the other people working at this dealerships work and care for their jobs in order to make this a simple easy experience for all customers. I am definitely happy with my new truck and I plan on using this dealer in the future. Thanks Again!!!

Horrible experience
The financing staff puts you through hell
They never get back to you

Ive had nothing but a run around since Ive dealt with these people.
They tell me The escape I was looking at
Was out but they would get it in.
Theyve been spinning my head on suv's
Im not upset that I didnt get a veichle from Donnell Ford
Im actually happy! Because It just shows me not to deal with these people and to warn everyone else!
Stay away!

The service department is excellent ..
It's a great experience dealing with Mark (service manager) and his crew of technicians. They diagnose and make the necessary repairs quickly and efficiently each time I have my vehicle serviced.

I recommend anyone looking for a car to go to Donnell Ford Lincoln Ford in Salem. Dave Julian made my experience in buying my Hyundai Sonata Limited a breath of fresh air. He was very considerate of my time and he did all the leg work of purchasing my new car. They know the true role of a salesmen!

Only place I go for service. The staff and environment is friendly, they work with pricing, and they are very cheap compared to other places. I love the work these guys do and love doing business with them.

I don't believe in writing reviews, but Jason Murdock did an exceptional job being honest / upfront / and easy to work with. Driving from 6 hours away to purchase a car you could imagine I had questions, a lot of them, before committing to the drive. He answered them all. If you want an honest salesman, who treats you like a person and not a target ask for Jason.
Only wish he could have given me the birthday discount! Haha
