I bought a vehicle, a 95 Chevy truck. 5 days after purchase I blew a head gasket and was stranded on the side of the road. Fixed that and the motor blew. Not honeat. Don’t even bother.

Buying a car has always been stressful for me. I find a car I want online but when I go to the dealership the car is already sold or it is in far worse shape than what was shown in the pictures and description. That wasn't the case at outdoors unlimited. Between my wife and I we have had 5 vehicles in 6 years and I have always left dealerships with a feeling of buyers remorse until I went to outdoors unlimited. When it comes to trucks I won't go anywhere else!

I was referred to Outdoors by family members of mine who live near there and have bought several vehicles over the years. I was skeptical because I have had new cars since I was a young man. But with the price of new trucks so high, and the fact that my extended family trust this place I thought I would try. Well it has been 6 months since I bought my truck at Outdoors Unlimited and it has been outstanding for me. The truck is clean, it checked out mechanically, and I am as happy as can be. I dealt with Jeff and he took the time to show me where to find specs like gear ratio and option packages on my truck. He showed me where to find of all the spec codes on my truck and what they meant. I am very impressed and will recommend to every one. I am very happy my in laws pushed me so hard to go there.

Called to get some information on upholstery, very rude on the phone and kept talking over me, I ended up hanging up. As a potential customer you'd think they would have better customer service skills.. I will be taking my business else where.
