I received a defective Biggby mug for Christmas. It leaks between the two walls. I presented it at the store on My Hope and Hagadorn and was told "I will look into what we can do". Have not received any return call from that store. Called "corporate" and heard their message that if I wanted to speak with a real person to press 0. I did and had to leave a message. Have not received a call back from them either. Not real happy with the Jim existent customer service.
Thanks Biggby for nothing! This company is very disappointing.
