I do NOT recommend Harrison Roadhouse unless you are willing to wait an hour for your food. We came here before a show at Wharton. We had no one greet us for the first 5 minutes. After waiting with no help we asked the bartender if we could sit at a table by the windows. She said it was no problem but it appears it became one. We waited about 10 more minutes to order food and after waiting to get our meal for an hour had to leave without eating. We had an allowance of over an hour to eat and did not get our food. The manager kindly did not charge us for the 2 cokes and soup that we did receive. The service was terrible. I would not recommend and will not return.

Spinach dip shouldn’t be served in bread, it gets all soaked up in it and you end up w/barely any dip.. Avocado chicken sand was not too good, the chicken was extra fatty ☹️ Was told the soup was not spicy, it was super spicy 🌶 😑 Drinks were good! Service was extremely slow!! Took about 5-7 mins to get waters, then about 10-15 to get cocktails. Not impressed unfortunately..

Yesterday was our first time at HRH and we will definitely make the drive back! We were there for the IU/MSU game, we were the only ones in red. Our waiter, Brian, was awesome. He had great recommendations. The white chicken chili was delicious.

We came back after the game and Brian came over to our table to say hi. Overall, the experience was awesome.

Horrible service. We sat there for 5 minutes, while 4 servers just stood around. We finally asked if we should go to the bar to get our own drinks but we're told "no, someone will come serve you." 10 minutes later, we finally went and got our own drinks. 10 minutes after that, still no one had come over. Horrible service at this place.

i had my rehearsal dinner for my wedding there last week- it was beyond perfect. The servers were great and they went out of their way to make us happy. We got so many compliments on the food and service. Thank you again for helping us to make our wedding weekend so perfect.

Harrison Roadhouse has a great atmosphere. Very good food. If not wanting the traditional tail gate, this is a great place to go for a bite to eat, sit and visit with friends before the game. Then a short walking distance along the Red Cedar, viewing the beautiful scenery on one's way to Spartan Stadium for some football. It was my husband's favorite place, too, while coaching the summer football program at MSU.

My wife and I went before the football game. Atmosphere was great, good was very good and the service did not lack. We were told seating would be about 30 min and got a call 7 min later that our table was ready. Very satisfied!
