It's called Friends and you're always treated like a friend. The owners take pride in service and the food is great. Need a strong drink and a laid back place with sports and Sunday ticket? Go here!
Ray and Suzanne not only have a great restaurant with great food - but they are wonderful people who truly support their community.
It was ok. I think I had a higher expectation based on other reviews. We both ordered the lemon pepper wings which only came with 3 small pieces of celery and dressing. We also ordered fries and fried pickles as our appetizer. The waitress commented that the pickled weren't up to par and they would send out another batch. She forgot until I mentioned it. The second batch of pickles were better. Overall it was ok but nothing to write home about.
This use to be my favorite restaurant. Then they got rid of the giant pretzel, the fish changed from two nice quality peices to one large soggy oily disgusting mess, and the handburger changed from hand form delightful patty to a rubbery factory formed frozen puck. Whoever has taken over the kitchen has really destroyed everything good about this restaurant. Save your money go somewhere else, you will get better food from a fast food chain restaurant.
Very disappointed. I ordered the Jager Bomb Burger. I was expecting an authentic handmade burger. What I received was a Patty I can get at any Burger King. I would have preferred Five Guys to this place.
We have been avid customers for 4 years, but we will not be returning. Their service is going down hill. They changed their kids tenders to processed chicken. We asked if they could give our son 2 regular (instead of 3) tenders. The manger's response was, "No. I'm sorry. They are already portioned out for the regular tenders meal. I wish I could help you." I've never had a restaurant refuse a customer's request. We left and will never return.
Update: my son and I came back a week later, upon my son's request. He loves the atmosphere and the queso dip. Our favorite server was there, Drew. I told him what happened, and he got the GM for me. The GM apologized and told me that it will never happen again. He got our son the fresh chicken tenders without hesitation. Being back today reminded me why we come every other week. Thank you, Nick and Drew.
Food is decent, beer selection stays the same, and the staff is friendly. Usually come here with big parties and they are very accommodating. Not my go to restaurant, but it does the job.
Wait staff was friendly and attentive. I ordered the gumbo and sadly it tasted like salt, salt and more salt. No other flavor but salt. They do have a fantastic burger menu and everyone else liked their food, so I am going to give it another try.
Very nice place to eat out with friends and family. Very clean with very nice staff. Eat here
Good/ok bar food, but I have had better in the Suwanee area. Quiet during the daytime, so good for an afternoon meeting.
Waitress was nice but rather dismissive. Refused substitutions when previous waitresses have allowed said substitutions. A member of our table ordered wine complained that her wine glass had not been washed and you could see lip prints on rim of glass. I witnessed the bar tender pour over the dirty wine into a fresh glass & serve it. Disgusting.
I love this place. The food is fantastic and at a reasonable price. Great place to meet up with friends. There are so many great menu choices you'll have a hard time deciding what to order. I love the Monte Cristo, I can't find one like it anywhere else. It's my favorite.
We visit Friends each Thursday for Team Trivia. The food is so delicious, regardless of your preferences. The menu is unique but has so many options. My husband is Cajun and we love that style of food. Their Shrimp and Grits is the best I've tasted. Sometimes, I'll order two entries so I can take one home for lunch the next day. The wait staff are amazing and the Team Trivia hosts are awesome. It's one of our favorite places to enjoy a dinner out while having a great time!
