It took 2 years to get my rifle back from a repair that I had to bring back twice for them to fix correctly. They currently don't have any firearms for some suspicious reason that the owner won't divulge. Gun Smoke is now my new choice for firearm repair and purchase of ammunition and accessories. ..

AFTER PURCHASING AN AR15 AND ASKED YOU TO ORDER THE CLIPS FOR THE STRAP YOU STILL TO THIS DAY DON'T HAVE THEM We are a 2nd amendment rights family you lost a paying customer.. Ordered pistol left deposit. Nothing after a month went elsewhere purchased one they had on hand.
I tried to use credit for deposit, Taylor and Vadney tried to charge $100 for ammo I purchased elsewhere for $34

Before I was issued my permit I went to T&V and put a down payment on a pistol. The staff were very knowledgeable of their large inventory. Though what I decided on was not in stock, Pat (owner) drew up the order and before I knew it he was calling me telling me the pistol had arrived. Upon receiving my pistol permit I went back to pick up the gun and was treated as a customer should be. I was not rushed and Pat and his employee , who he jokingly referred to as 'Junior' (I don’t recall his real name) are both great guys to deal with. Pat was also very thorough with the paper work necessary to release the pistol to me and discussing different types of ammunition. I didn't leave there with any questions unanswered and I felt confident about the purchase, process and information. I don't regret going to this shop and I'll be going back. Two words: Professional and thorough.
