This is my first car I've ever purchased from a dealership so I really didn't know what to expect but my salesman Julius G. made the experience very easy and quick. I came in looking at 15 Sonata and didn't want my payments to be over $300/mo he was able to get me into the car and got my payments well below the $300 with the extended warranty I highly recommend you check out this dealership if your in the market for a vehicle.
Very friendly.Very knowledgeable.Everything went smooth and staff went above and beyond.HUGELY happy couple we are!!Special thanx to Julius for just being him and treating us like a family member or friend.
Before going to Fuccillo I had gone to another Hyundai dealership and had a terrible experience. I was hesitant to try again but was treated so well at Fuccillo. Their staff was knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and truly caring about our needs. They went above and beyond to make sure that was taken care of. Ricky & Vinny are absolutely phenomenal!
I would highly recommend!!
This is the best experience ive ever had a dealership everyone was professional and accommodating definitely would recommend them. Great Job
Great customer service. Mel was so friendly, funny and helpful. I am very happy with my new vehicle from fuccillo!!
I just want to thank Doug Webber of Fuccillo of Grand Island for giving me the best service and car buying experince ever. He was very welcoming, straight forward and honest through the entire deal. I would very much recommend him.
I liked that many options for buying or leasing new and used vehicles were presented. The sales Staff was very patient with my young children who are high energy and very spirited. Stephen my sales person was very informative and kind. I liked the communication from the sales management. The entire experience was very positive. Thank you
We purchased a 2017 Santa Fe Sport, 25k brand new, and we also received free tires and rims once they found out that i was a veteran. As soon as i told the dealership i was a Veteran they instantly started looking for extra incentives and didn't try to take advantage of me.
Always amazing customer service, been a customer for 5 years and never left unsatisfied.
Not a horrible place to purchase a car, but certainly not the best. They've got a nice selection of new vehicles and offer multiple brands, but a weak inventory of certified pre-owned vehicles. The salesman are there to sell cars and are a bit pressuring when it comes to closing a deal. I'm not unhappy with my new vehicle purchase, but I do believe that I could have gotten a better price either through them, or through someone else.
They did not properly explain the terms and essentially reneged on their lease terms in which I called them out within the first 30 days and they did not do what was necessary in order to ensure a happy cash paying repeat customer. I'd recommend going back at least 3-5 times and asking them as many questions as humanly possible before buying anything. It's also best to look at multiple cars before making any final decisions. I actually wanted a compact SUV with plenty extra miles which I conveyed several times, but ended up with a limited edition car that I do love, but the space is already an issue and if you like leaving the house a lease with terms your bound to is the way to go. If you have the money and are not borrowing from a lender, your best bet is putting majority of the cash down and financing to purchase rather than a leasing which is essentially renting a car with restrictions and at a premium price.
Findings: When purchasing a car you should purchase what you need rather than what you want. That's of course unless you've got money to burn. Between the pressure from the salesman to close a sale, and also the improperly explained terms of agreement - I'm not quite certain I'd purchase from here again unless they made magic happen and corrected their wrongs with rights by doing whatever is needed to keep a customer. I recommend going to at least two auto dealerships when in the market for a vehicle (new or used) and whomever is the least pushy, most knowledgeable and offers the best price is where you should purchase your vehicle. Fucillo is not a bad place to purchase a vehicle from, just not the best one either. Selling anything should be about ensuring the customer is making the purchasing decision if the merchant expects repeat business.
How Texas & Dave Martin assured me that even though I had "Ghost Credit" I was going to sign and drive. This came at a point in time were I was in desperate need of a vehicle for me and my 7 year old son. They worked with me was even able to get my car payments at a reasonable price. I drove away in my First BRAND NEW CAR!!!I Thank God for their Blessings!
They deserve a HUGE Hug!!!
I typically avoid buying cars from dealerships, due to the fact that a majority of them still live in the past - "here sign this piece of paper," etc. and use pressure tactics. Who needs the hassle? But Fuccillo Hyundai was, by far, much the opposite. The buying process was simple, they understood what I wanted and did everything in their power to make it happen. I was and am still impressed at how professional and courteous the staff I worked with were. Just an amazing experience all the way around.
