Was on my way out of town on a Friday afternoon when I had picked up a large piece of metal in my tire. The tire was destroyed and I was in need of a tire that matched the others on my Lexus NX 200, plus it would need be installed.

I called New Country in Latham and asked if they were able to help me, they confirmed they had my tire size and match on site, they also stated they would be able to fit me in for the repair immediately. Joe Moran and his team when I arrived were excellent, great customer service and had me out of the shop within an hour and in my way out of town as planned!

I recently purchased a brand new vehicle here and brought it in for routine maintenance with my 3 year old. They were super accommodating and made the whole process a lot easier than I was expecting. Everyone was super polite and you can tell they really care about their customers. Great experience, couldn’t be more impressed with a dealer and service department.

Had a saleswoman that was not interested in helping me at all. Told her I could find another dealership. Didn't seem to phase her. I wanted this to work because it is 1 hour from where I live. I hope they read these reviews. I read reviews and it does influence my decision. It also seems is that they only thank the people for 5 star reviews and don't pay attention to the lower rated reviews.

Worst customer service department I have ever dealt with. Leased a 2016 that has been nothing but issues. Car has been in the shop about a dozen times for repairs. From injector issues to brakes. Have to keep going back for the same issue only to have a Lexus tech tell me that its "normal" for brakes to screech like a freight train when coming to a stop. Have called on numerous occasions to reserve a loaner vehicle days in advance only to show up and be told there's no car available and I need to reschedule if I want a loaner. Will never be purchasing another new Lexus again, let alone from this dealership.

Professional, courteous and responsive. Bought my Lexus at Prestige in New Jersey and they proved to be awful, deceitful and just didn't give a damn. I'll be a New Country customer in the future. Exactly what I wanted in a dealer. Brought my car to New Country for warranty work and they treated me like a repeat customer. Absolutely fantastic.

The most amazing experience and the gentlemen are so kind and understanding especially of me, a women in her mid 70's. They catered to my every need, even transported me to location so I could have time to do my other errands once my car was finished. This dealership is to be commended for the people it employs. Much appreciation to Paul Tonic for taking me immediately when I entered the service station, Aby Babu, just love your spirit and thank you again for your precious time, Jared you are doing one heck of a job employing such great customer service representatives, and Matt thank you for the copies I requested. Our experience didn't start out the way we would have liked, but what a fantastic job Jared and his staff did taking care of me and my wife. Our service experience was fineas expected. It was for the airbag recall so we can't say anything about the quality of the "repairs". But our interaction with the service people was very good. Matt did a good job.

Very happy with their service and will definetly be back when the time comes. Very friendly staff and outstanding customer service. They got half my problems solved by the time there shuttle service dropped me off! The prices are reasonable for the high end quality service they provide. Will never be taking my Lexus to a side shop again, Lexus of Lathem has my loyalty.

Regularly go to this dealership for routine service. They are excellent each time. Well organized, fair pricing, a comfortable lounge to wait in - or loaner cars are available to help with the wait. They were so good that I bought my next car from them. No complaints there, either. It was a great experience.

I had bought in my Lexus 2005 GX470 for a height problem (rough ride and the back of the vehicle collapses) around Dec 2015, the service manager at the time Mr Moran told me that the problem has been fixed after about $3500 (at that time instead of focusing on the problem on hand, they fixed other axle issues). I had gone back to the dealership in August of 2016 as the problem surfaced again. The team in dealership concluded there was no problem and so no repair is needed. The problem continued and I went to a different Lexus dealer in the area and they found that one of the air bags was leaky. Clearly shows that the Lexus team in Albany lack the skill and understanding of the vehicle. The manager told me that this is a old vehicle and will have problems. I would not recommend this dealership.
