  I have never had positive customer service with TBFCU at any of the locations I've visited, and definitely never over the phone or through their messaging service. The people I've spoken with have always treated me like they have better things to do with their time, and never with understanding or concern for issues I bring up. I have refinanced my car with another company for this reason and and looking to close out all accounts I have with TBFCU. Good customer service and a caring attitude go a long way with me, and I have never received either. That coupled with less than ideal rates, make it very easy for me to choose to leave. I urge anyone reading this to please use another financial institution for your needs.

  I've called twice to have someone from the mortgage department to call me the last 2 weeks no one has called me I'm so sick of this awful bank. They wouldn't take my car loan even though I've been with them for years. I hate this place.

  Overall great bankOnly drawback I have is that I am not able to do ATM deposits with the type of checking account I have. I don't believe you should be limited to certain banking options, just because of the type of account you have open.

  Opened up a savings and checking without any problems..Was also approved for a 1K loan at the same time..Only complaint is there should be a way to pay my loan thru the ATM..not calling to have it transferred.

  Went in the other day just to deposit money and they were very rude. It seemed more like a jail than a bank.
