  No wonder they have horrible reviews. This is the worst bank I worked with. Go to Suncoast Credit union people they have much better customer service and loans.. I'll be closing my acct soon..

  I have to say. Love the staff but the ATM outside need improvements or servicing. Almost every weekend the ATM's are ether full or unable to take my deposit. Please fix problem.

  After being with GTE Financial for over 20 years, time has come to bid adieu. We loved them when it was a credit union and they cared. They still claim to be one, but in every sense they are not .. and not customer centric anymore. They have made updates to their site, such that everything that used to take 1-2 clicks, now takes 6. Pie charts are fun on excel but not something thats drawn every time you login to pay a bill. They have replaced all their tellers with these self serving ATMs which either are always broken OR take for ever to get transactions done. If you have 10 checks to deposit, you gonna do it 1 at a time cuz they get stuck and renders the ATM useless. Welcome to the future. And the last straw this week was Applied for home refi (for which they are lender already) thinking for supporting the local credit union, and it has taken them over 8 days twiddling their thumbs when they have access to all our balances, credit reports and whole 9 yards where a competing bank (which we dont bank with), approved us in -->30 mins

  There are 18 people in line to use the "teller" kiosk. ALWAYS an excruciating wait here. 20 minutes so far this trip, and I am half way through the line.
