  I’m in my 7th house now and believe me, we’re getting up there in age and this is the last one, I’ve had three memorable realtors along the way, one in Colorado and the other in Wyoming but Georgie put them to shame. We left our home empty because we had so much stuff and it needed a lot of work to get it ready for market and moved out of state.
  Well we only thought we needed a lot of work done because the realtor who sold us the house did such a poor job having it inspected. Again we were out of state when vital things happened and that realtor failed us miserably. So I became a big nut on investigating everything I can on the internet so with our most recent sale I did my homework. I don’t remember the site but one rated local realtors and Georgie was lightyears above the next one down in performance.
  We had her come out to look at our property and she went through every aspect of the house that needed attention to get the most for the property but to not put money in if it wouldn’t bring a return, she didn’t miss a thing. We sat down to go over the paperwork that would be needed from us to get started then brought out the information on her record as a realtor and I said “Don’t worry, I looked you up online and I’d be an idiot not to have you as our realtor”.
  So we move out and the fixing that I couldn’t do started. Georgie found a buyer, I think in the first week, then we had the home inspection which showed the previous realtors failures. Georgie came through for us on very issue and has her list of people that help sellers get stuff done without ripping them off, I was pleased with all the contractor’s prices. She was there for us every step of the way which was a great comfort to us being halfway across the country.
  If you’re buying or selling, put your trust in Georgie Smigel, she did it right for us and did it right for the buyer, though I wish the previous realtor wasn’t such a failure that cost me so much, and we sold the house for more than either of us expected.

  One of the best, if not the best real estate professional. I worked with Georgie for buying my house and years later selling the same. Both the times she was the consummate professional. Always keeping your interest in mind, never pushing but always there to help. Georgie and her team made both buying and selling the house as painless as possible. I highly recommend her for real estate advice , help or service.

  I was so happy to work with Georgie in purchasing our first home. The process went surprisingly smooth after hearing other people's nightmares. I attribute that to Georgie's professionalism in the industry and her ability to anticipate hurdles that might happen. She was available at any time that I had a question and got back to me right away. She also handled other family members' (in-law) concerns very well and with the utmost professionalism and tact. I would highly recommend her to anyone purchasing a home, and will certainly be recommending her to my friends!

  I had a wonderful experience.Georgie definitely goes above and beyond the services than any other realty agent performs. She knows her material and has great knowledge of her profession. I really appreciate how attentive and informative she is. I have no complaints!
