Even if you have an appointment you should expect to wait for several hours. They’ll move you around from waiting room to waiting room so that you hopefully don’t realize just how long you’ve been waiting. They need to step up the process for sure because this seems to be every person’s experience that I talked to. Obviously they have a problem with patient wait times and need to implement a fix. Also, after all that waiting the Doctor didn’t even show his face, I only saw nurses the whole time. Just a garbage experience all around.
Waste of time. These people do not listen and do not care, as another review stated. Wife went in with severe knee joint pain after a fall. Saw an Assistant not a Docotor. No MRI was done, only an x ray which assistant barely looked at. He told the patient what was she was experiencing rather than letter her describe what was going on. He gave the impresssion he could care less. We left without a meaningful examination. If your Police or on a sports team in town that they treat, (the groups who are pictured with autographs on the walls) they probably actually offer treatment. All others, this group simply does not care and wants to herd you out of there as quickly as possible. We received better treatment at TallahAssee Urgent Care.
Physical therapy felt warehoused- I had the exact same routine every time I went. They keep an eye on you while they're also looking after other clients. I saw almost all clients doing much the same routine. Somewhat disinterested. Disheartening. There are good physical therapists in town, you must search them out. You owe it to yourself.
Evening MRI staff- both of them- seemed so bored and disinterested in both their work and their patients. Front check in woman made the cut to "sullen". How depressing to go in and not get a single pleasantry. Sullen. Curt orders.
A previous MRI 2 months ago was fine. Cheerful, pleasant, personable. And although I've not seen the doctors but their PAs, I had great experience there.
I was a patient for 25+ years. Called to make an appointment for a simple routine prescription. The woman on the phone said I wouldn't need to and that I could walk in for it. So I did, only to be told by the staff that an appointment is required. Obviously it's a sign of severe lack of training and care. I get the feeling that because they are a medical practice and that there is little competition in the area, they feel like this excludes them from handling patient(customer) issues properly. Unfortunately it damages their reputation permanently. Mark and Hank should pay attention.
TOC NOW is the walk-in service TOC offers, if you can avoid it try to!
Staff is inpetuent and impolite, wait is too long and no explanation as to the why.
Any way pure looking at it you’re better off going to TMH ER.
The doctors I have seen here are good but wait time is horrible and front desk staff is rude.
Absolutely the best care by the PA's in this clinic. They are knowledgeable, helpful and kind. They even return phone calls in a timely manner. Love them. Can't speak for the Doctor's- been having regular appoitments for 3 months due to an injury and haven't actually seen the surgeon yet! I say all this once your name is called-as Your time is not important to this clinic what so ever. Expect a long wait in outside waiting room. And as for checking out and scheduling your next appointment? Let's just say "have they ever been trained in Customet Service?" I think not! Always rushing you and quite frankly, rude.
Dr. Mejia is basically a miracle-worker. I feared my shoulder would never be the same, but after SLAP tear surgery it was better than it had been for 20 years! It's two years later, and the range of movement has only increased over time while the strength is 100%. Thanks Dr, M!
Tried to pay my ~$30 bill over the phone. Waited for over thirty min on hold. No one picked up the phone. Repeat x many days. Finally got patched through to the billing department today only to be sent straight to voicemail. Unsure if my bill is in collections or what the deal is. TOC please hire more people to answer your phones. I'm just trying to pay y'all what I owe.
My appt was at 10:30 so we got here at 10:00. We have been waiting for almost an hour and a half. We've been told that my daughter is next and 50 people have came in after us and has went back and we are still told that she is next. They say the dr is running an hour and half behind but everyone has gone back. 😡😡😡 absolutely the worst service ever!! We have always hated coming to this place. Next time I will definitely go else where. 😡😡😡😡😡 I wish I could rate this place a ZERO.
The people that handle doctor's schedules/appointments are totally unresponsive especially to the voice messaging system. I have tried to reach Dr. Chandler's office for over a week leaving at least five (5) messages for Diane with no response. I am in excruciating pain and nobody seems to care. I realize I am only one of many patients but I am at wits end trying to get the treatment that Dr. Chandler said I needed.
Bunch of bureaucrats. Teri especially. Bet she might try to do her job well if you bring her a pixie stick.
Also, how much Google Adwords money does it cost to only have five star reviews shown up front?
Try the most helpful first, please.
Is the attitude subsidized by the Florida government too?
EDIT: Little girls at the desk need to handle customers and stop googling themselves to put dissatisfied patients at the bottom of the queue.
Love the new hours. I got there half an hour before closing and was seen relatively quickly and the staff was very friendly. Warning: there is only one line to stand in for checking in for turning in your forms for checking out pretty much for everything one line. Once you know this everything will be okay.
