Room was clean and stylish. However my room was just off the interstate, which was not noticeable due to tree cover. For me the traffic made it hard to drift off to sleep - I am a light sleeper.

Late night check-in is a little spotty, but other than that, things run pretty smooth. Rooms aren't anything to write home about, but staying in a single King bed room provides me with ample bed space, a couch, and a desk. Outlets attached to the lights next to the bed don't hold plugs well and makes you wonder if it's going to stay plugged in or fall out during the night.

The staff is very courteous and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable. This is the second time staying here and would definitely recommend it if you need a hotel that is close to i-10.

Decent hotel. Building/rooms look like they could use a remodel, but it was still nice. The room and bathroom was large. I appreciate the multiple outlets to charge devices throughout the room.

Our stay here was a great one. We were passing through and needed a place last minute to rest, but were unsure if the bathroom would work for my husband who is in a wheelchair (the room with 2 Queens and roll in shower was already taken and we had our daughter with us). Kristyn at the front desk actually showed me an alternative room to see if it would work for him, and it did. Not only Kristyn, but the housekeeper, woman who checked us out and even the gentleman cleaning the floors were so friendly. Our room was clean, spacious and a serious blessing for the price. When we pass through again we know where to stay.

Hotel offers free WiFi for guests. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is right next to I-10 so there is some road noise. Front desk is quick and professional.

So here I amtyping this review in the middle of the night while staying at the Courtyard Tallahassee North I-10 Capital. Why, you might ask? Because the AC in my room keeps shutting off leaving me with no choice but to bear with the Florida heat, as I restlessly toss and turn in a vain attempt to sleep. But all that their front desk people can say is, "there's nothing we can do about it right now, our maintenance staff isn't going to be available till tomorrow morning, and since you're staying on a government rate (thank you military), we can't do anything further for you." When I remarked how unfair that was, she mentioned I may be able to get some reward points for my suffering. but what good does that do!!!!! I don't want reward points, I want a room with a functional air-conditioning service so I can sleep. Worse still, I found stray hairs and food crumbs in my bed as well. I wish I had checked out the Yelp reviews for this place as well instead of just relying on google reviews, because they clearly indicate that poor maintenance and upkeep seem to be a recurring trend here. UGH. Thank you Courtyard Marriott for ruining my stay, and destroying my night.

UPDATE: I have since been issued a refund by the hotel for the night due to the issues mentioned above. The GM was really proactive about addressing my concerns which was an indication to me that customer satisfaction is still a priority here.

The hotel is nice and it's clean but mostly what I love about it it's the staff there. Jennifer from The Bistro was so friendly and helpful. She was super busy when I was ordering food but she kept a smile on her face and got het orders out fast and efficiently.
