My husband received hernia surgery at this hospital and it was a nightmare, including the unprofessional manner in which our insurance was handled. Nobody understands what they are doing at this hospital. I would suggest if you need medical attention and have health insurance to go somewhere else. I have told friends and family how awful our whole expericence was. This hospital is a private profit outfit. They don't care about you or your situation, all they want is your money. If I could give no stars I would. Please, if you read this review consider another hospital.

I went here on 11/02/17 the lady at the reception desk when I checked in at 7am wasn't compassionate, nor did she care about the acute chest pains I was having. She clearly doesn't like her job. Everyone else Dr.Calabro and Cameron the RN was so professional and sweet even though I was in alot of pain they made smile! All in all Capital Regional is a very Great! And Fast! Hospital these men and women with the exception of the lady at the reception desk, are true dedicated professionals! 😘

Immediate emergency room admittance, very courteous staff, and well organize diagnostics.

The physician on duty gave us his full attention and did not act rushed at all. Very professional cavity.

Hope to never be back but very happy with the visit.

I am very happy to have Dr. Mendoza as my physician. He is an excellent physician and spends time visiting with you and not typing into a computer. That is important to me. Also, his medical assistants are very warm and friendly and enjoy their work. The overall experience is very good with nice offices, professional staff and a great physician.

Dr. Mendoza and his staff are all so professional but still warm and friendly. He takes time with his patients and answers and asks pertinent questions. I am now going on my 3rd year with him, and I feel very thankful to find a caring Doctor in these days!!

I have been both an in-patient and continue to be an out-patient at Capital Regional Medical Group. In all honesty, I easily admit that the treatment I have received has been consistently excellent and the providers are some of the most caring and competent people I have met. In all the areas that matter: getting timely appointments, wait time, getting questions answered simply and thoroughly, feeling comfortable with someone that you can trust and be open with and all that you might want from your medical providers has been available to me.

The staff at Capital Regional are the Best ! I will continue to seek all of my medical care through this group and encourage others I know to give them a try.

I have been a patient of Dr. Leonard Waldenberger for many, many years and have consistently relied on his good advice for my health care. At the same time, I have found his nurses and the office staff up front at Capital Regional Medical Group to be friendly and helpful. Most of them call me by name. I enjoy going to this medical group and recommend it to others.

My Mother was admitted to this hospital in May and received the most horrible patient care by the nursing staff. When she used the call button it took them 20-30 minutes to answer it. She was allowed to sit in her wet bed, was not given the proper care and attention that a patient deserves. Although she was living by herself (she was 87) prior to being admitted, they treated her as a complete invalid. I work for one of the country's top hospitals in Nebraska so I know a little bit about in patient care. My mother died a few days after being dismissed from this hospital. I would never use this hospital to even treat an animal let alone a human. I wish the agencies that over look hospitals would visit and do something about the awful conditions that my mother was subjected to! I would not give this hospital a half star rating but in order to post a review you have to at least pick a star or it won't post your review. BTW I have worked in the medical profession for over 40 years so I do know a little bit about how patients should be treated.

I recently had a great office visit with Dr. Leonard Waldenberger at Capital Regional Medical Group. I was checked in quickly by the staff and, after a short wait, I received excellent care and service at every level I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly satisfied.

Dr. Allen is great. The office is clean, the staff is great and he listens very hear and hears everything you say. My husband who is in his 30s was having chronic hear pain. Labs/bloodwork came back great but Dr. Allen sent him to get an EKG because he is thorough and amazing and his EKG was abnormal. Thank you for listening to your patients and potentially saving the life of a husband and father.
