I like this hotel better than the nearby hotels. Hampton is bad. The rooms are good, the staff is friendly. Excellent location right off the interstate.

Not at all worth the $200+ we’re paying per night. Stains on the furniture, stains on the ceiling, cracked tile, coffee maker was filthy, no plastic liner in the ice bucket, silverware/coffee stirrer packs that were already open and used left in the room from the previous occupants, towels that were so rough they could probably scratch you, bathroom door with a broken lock, and rude staff on top of that. One lady (possibly the manager?) that we saw when we went down later was friendly, but the staff that first greeted us when we arrived was rude, didn’t tell us about anything, and the one lady even had the audacity to roll her eyes and sigh when we had asked for a third key card since there were 3 adults in our party, and other than that one nice lady we talked with once, every other interaction with staff during our stay was not a pleasant one. Not the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, but definitely not worth the price and definitely not at a 3-star hotel level.
EDIT: As we were checking out on 11/19/2017, I not only noticed they were keeping the cleaning supplies and chemicals in the same boxes as the coffee and tea bags that they put in the rooms, but the elevator certificate of operation was also 3 1/2 months expired (see picture, I even circled it). I originally gave this place 2 stars, but safety and health violations like that are completely uncalled for. 1 star it is.response / report this review -

Pretty good for business travel. Going through minor renovations. I've had issues with the TVs twice but it was no big deal because the bed was super comfy.

Nice, clean. The ice maker on our floor didn't work though. The refrigerator in the room wasn't cold, and the elevator was REALLY slow. Other than that it was a decent stay.

Not the simplest hotel to get to. Main roads is fine but it sits back off the main road in a location that is not easy to get to.
The room was a decent size but it had a slight damp smell to it. The dail adjust comfort bed really did not work as I had hoped and my sleep was not a comfortable as I had hoped but maybe the bed I had was not working correctly as I felt no real difference between softer or firmer settings but I'll continue to play with the controls as the changes may be more subtle than I think.
Overall I still like the hotel as the staff are nice, there are lots of food and grocery options within walking distance if you want to risk the roadways and the amenities seem to be good.response / report this review -

I've stayed here probably 15-20 nights over the last several years, whenever I've traveled to Tallahassee. The rooms are fine and service is good. It's a bit overpriced for what it is. Unfortunately, on my last trip, I was unable to get in due to severe weather and despite my being a loyal customer for years, they would not even give me a credit for a future stay. $180 down the tubes. Given there are 3 hotels in the same area at similar rates, I'll try another one next time in the hope of getting better treatment and will avoid other Hilton Garden Inns.

Very clean hotel in an easy to find and access location. Plenty of parking, very friendly staff, and excellent breakfast. Also, spacious rooms and comfortable beds.

I usually trust Hilton brand. Beautiful and conveniently located. Maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. The shower/tub in our room backed while I was taking a shower. Hair and bits of matter floated up from the drain. Called the front desk, was told it would be corrected. Nothing. Was promised a call by the manager. Nothing.

We arrived after our wedding and were treated like royalty. They upgraded us to the suite very quickly with no problem. Being very simple people, and we were overwhelmed. It was a beautiful room with a beautiful view. The breakfast was great and the people there were more than friendly and accommodating.
