I visited the store with intentions to buy a gift, but not one of the girls spoke to me and one of them looked at me like I was not allowed to be in the store. Will not visit again.

Very cute clothing. A little pricy but worth it because the clothes are great quality. They also have a lot of nice home decor.

Love this store! The girls working there were really friendly and helpful! They helped me pick several gifts for a baby shower and my daughters birthday!

I love the store itself, very cute inventory but the customer service is by far the worst I have ever encountered at a local boutique. There are times I really want to purchase an item there but purposely go elsewhere for a similar item because I dread going into the store.
I purchased a dress recently and was told that I could return for a full refund if the item had the tags and I had the receipt. However, when I went to return it the next day, I was only offered store credit. No explanation, nothing. Every time I go in the store, the employees never greet me, never ask if I need any help and when I get to the counter they are always rude. Unfortunately I now have store credit from my return but it is unlikely I will go back to the store to actually purchase something because it is never a pleasurable shopping experience.response / report this review -

I really like the items in the store but haven't had the best experience with their customer service. The store hours are also not convenient for most which can be frustrating.
