To everyone reading this: DO YOUR RESEARCH. My first experience with this dealership was looking for a Dodge Challenger R/T or GT. I wanted a 2015 or newer. The salesperson I had scheduled my appointment with was busy so the next available person took me. The only thing they had on the lot was a 2014 Dodge Challenger R/T with 15k miles that someone had badged to make look like a fake hellcat. The asking price for it was laughable to say the least. I went up to Georgia and bought a NEW 2017 Challenger R/T for about $500 more than what they had asked for this 2014. The reason I say do your research is because this place looks extremely well funded, and I imagine they get a lot of young college kids that they may try to take advantage of. Coming in at 22 years old, I could definitely tell that they thought I was just some kid using my parents money. This was my first experience. Now that I've got my new Challenger and I'm in Tallahassee, I figured this might be the place I would get the service done for it. My girlfriend made a very simple call to inquire about rock guards(mud flaps) for a 2017 Challenger. The tech she spoke with put her on hold for a few minutes, before telling her he would need a VIN number in order to know if they would fit. She let him know she did not have access to the VIN but that it was a 2017 Challenger (the trim does not change the body????). After being put on hold again he told her that the car would have to be taken to a 3rd party body shop to have them purchased and installed. Just from listening to the last half of the call, the tech was rude. This would be my last choice for a dealership. I would rather drive 2+ hours in any direction for service from another dealership.

My wife was having issues with her car recently . We took it to the dealership ( its a non Dodge , Chrysler ) . The quote we got from them was $1700 for a new part and labor. when we told them we wanted to get a second opinion they were rather rude about it. We decided to take it to the dodge dealership because we knew a person associated with them . The staff in the service department were amazing. They were friendly and knowledgeable even though it wasn't one of their cars. We told them what the other dealership said the issue was expecting them to find the same issue. to our surprise they were able to fix it for just over $400, and that included rear brakes as well which wasn't a part of the other quote. We will trust any of our vehicle repairs to them from here on out, and probably buy our next vehicle from them. Job well done guys and gals !!! Thank you!!

I used their service department for the 6 years I lived in Tallahassee. Every time they did exactly what they said they would, as quickly as possible. Never skipped the full inspection with each oil change. They called me if they caught anything that needed service, and asked my permission, with the exact amount it would cost. No surprises ever. Always friendly and super helpful.
The one time I took my car to another service, they damaged my car, but would not give me specifics. I was mortified and took it to Dodge and asked them to see what was done to my car. Despite having a fully booked day, they raised my car up, showed me everything that they could see had been done. Phenomenal crew willing to go above and beyond.

Honestly could not say enough good things about this dealership!! Their service team is amazing. I was evacuating back to Jacksonville from Hurricane Irma and my fuel pump gave out just outside of Tallahassee. We brought it to them and they had us in and out in less than two hours! We also had two dogs and a cat and they let them stay in the waiting room with us. I wish I still lived in Tallahassee so I could go keep going back! Thank you all again for being so amazing! Truly appreciate it!

Easiest way to say it is extremely poor customer service and service department. Personnel not only lie but mostly have no idea what they are doing or just plain don't care. Great when you buy but after that don't expect anything. Extremely dishonest.
I have contacted Jeep customer service and was told I wasn't even close to the first person complaining about this dealership. Stay away is best advice I can give you.

I came by to see a car I had seen online. Alexis was the salesman who helped me and his easy going demeanor and honest friendly attitude automatically put me at ease ( besides the fact we both were from Miami). He was 100% honest, not pushy at all and made my experience amazing!!! I recommend you go see him if you are looking for a car and need a honest trustworthy person to see you will not regret it.

I'm a first time car buyer, and I came into the dealership with no idea what I wanted whatsoever, Alexis Gutierrez sat down with me and went over some of the basics with me. He took me out to test drive a few different cars, and after talking to me for a little he matched me with a Jeep Wrangler fairly quickly. Best car buying experience I've ever had. Chas and Phil made sure I found the car I was searching for. They went above and beyond to ensure I was able to take car home and not exceed my budget. Anita in finance was awesome and patient through a few kinks along the way. The entire experience never felt pressured. Never felt awkward. At the end of the day, I drove away feeling like I was part of the family. The atmosphere at dealership is upbeat and I will definitely be back for future car purchases. Best dealership in Tally!

BEST car dealership experience we have ever had! John Keegan was incredibly helpful, directed us to exactly what we asked for and helped above beyond the whole time! We are very excited about our new family car and felt very confident in the whole process! Anita who helped out with the financial aspect was wonderful as well and very efficient and thorough!
