We had an amazing experience at Lincoln and Ford! We bought our car from Lorenzo and he was amazing. Everyone there was wonderful and very helpful. My husband and I went to every dealership in town some places were a nightmare let me tell you and I felt like some places were too pushy. Car shopping is not fun at all but when we went here it was painless and so easy. They worked with us as well. Lorenzo was so great we couldn’t say enough nice things about him. He listened to everything we wanted and found us the car for an amazing price. For our next purchase we will be buying from Lorenzo Corona with out a doubt. He definitely earned life long customers with us. Don’t even waste your time going to another dealership in town this one has the BEST PRICING and the best employees

I do not recommend this place. There communication is something to be desired. I've called on multiple occasions, to check on the status of my vehicle but they never respond. I always had to call back and try to get my service manager, John. John seems nice but not able to keep up with his work load. Something is sure to slip through the cracks with this level of accountability. I do not recommend there too busy for you mentality

I recommend to stay away from this service department. 3.5 hours for an oil change the first time and 3 for the second time. Came by for a diagnosis and they told me they might be able to get to it in 2-3 days but wasn't sure. Manager seems to not care about hiring more staff.

I had the best experience dealing with the professional staff at this dealership. Customer service at its finest. What they say is what they do. I am thoroughly pleased with my new truck! Matt, Josh and the other team members had excellent communication and made the purchasing process extremely quick. If you want to go to a dealership where you are more than a sale, this is the place. I definitely recommend the team at Tallahassee Ford for future buyers.

I've got a story about this dealership that is so extraordinary you may think I'm exaggerating. I'm not. Keep reading and be amazed:
I bought a new F-150 truck here for my son last year. I checked out prices at other dealers within a 100-mile radius and found the best price here at Tallahassee Ford. The staff was great, the transaction went smoothly, etc. So far this sounds like a typical review, right???
Now here's where things get incredible. At the end of the transaction the dealership's legal counsel apparently told the staff that they couldn't hand over the new truck to me because it was in my son's name. I responded that we had a serious problem because my son, who lived several hours away in Augusta, Georgia, was pinned down by his work and could not come to Tallahassee to pick up the new truck. They apparently had a meeting and came up with a solution that I would have never anticipated. They offered to have one of their staff drive the new truck up to Augusta, deliver it directly to my son, and then drive my old 1994 F-150, which my son had been borrowing, back to me in Tallahassee.
Wow! So they ate hundreds of dollars of expenses for an employee to drive 2 days and stay in a motel. They paid for all the gas too. Two days later, as promised, they delivered my old truck back to me.
I was simply stunned by this level of service. A lot of businesses make big claims about great service and say they will do anything to earn your business, but this story takes the cake. I'm 58 years old and I have never been treated this well by any business. Needless to say, the management at Tallahassee Ford Lincoln has made me a loyal customer for life. I challenge you to find a better recommendation for any car dealership in America. This dealer is THE BEST!
The attached photo is a snapshot of my son taken by the dealership's employee right after she had given him the keys. Obviously he was pleased as I was. Oh yes, there's one thing I forgot to mention: The truck is a real beauty.response / report this review -

Wonderful service today! I went during a slow time (which doesn't happen often) and hey had me in and out for the work oil change in less than an hour! The coffee was great too. Thanks everyone!

Excellent experience!
I am shopping for a vehicle. Most car salesmen are like sharks. They don't listen and steer you in directions you hadn't intended to go. Not here!

I want to thank Jordan for helping me in the search for my new Mazda. He went above and beyond by looking in Ford's inventory as well as other places around town and I found exactly what I was looking for. He gave me valuable advice about the buying process which boosted my confidence. I would definitely go to him again!

I had the greatest experience with Jordan! I felt as if I had known him all my life! He is the sweetest and kindest salesman I have ever met and he truly cared about getting me into the car that was the perfect fit for me! I am thankful that Jordan was the person that was able to get me into my dream car! I will never buy a car from anyone other than Jordan ever again! Thanks Jordan you are the best and you rock!!!

Josh Cunmiff was extremely helpful. He answered all of our questions. When he didn't know the answer, he told us up front and went to find out. I would certainly recommend working with him to purchase a car.

We had an appointment for 8:30 this morning because we had a recall on my car. At 1 p.m., after waiting for a long time, my husband checked to see how much longer and was told it had not even been looked at! Mind you, he was on time for our appointment. At that time my husband asked for the car and we will take it to Havana Ford, as they are always timely. We had heard terrible things over the years about the service at Tallahassee Ford but thought, surely, it had been remedied. Nope it has not. I guess they have been way too busy making those cute commercials with that Gentry person. Never again. The worst.

I ordered aftermarket rims and tires for my new 2017 F-350 and also needed the truck's first 5K mile service. Tallahassee Ford ordered the tires I wanted for cheaper than anywhere else in town. They were able to complete the install of the tires and wheels and still complete the service on the same day. Always outstanding service and friendly staff here. David and Joel are top notch and make sure things are handled quickly and correctly. I would definitely recommend.

When we arrived we were received well and all the issues of the Navigator were addressed and taken care of. Our service advisor, Fred, was very professional and thorough. I trust him. The cost of the services were very reasonable. I highly recommend thid dealership.

Amazing staff. Chris Dudek was amazing and very helpful. He made my car buying experience better than I could ever ask for. I traded in my car for a new 2017 and while we waited on accounting he actually sat with me and my two year old daughter and colored with her. He even went above and beyond and helped me move everything from my old car to my new. Definitely recommending ford for everyone who wants a new car!
