Every time I come in for an oil change I've had to wait 2 hours Here I am again today with an appointment and it's been an hour and a half and my vehicle isn't even in the shop yet. What's the since in having an appointment when you have to wait so long. They need a better system to get people in and out in a timely manner.

I rate my experience with legacy Toyota a 5. Great customer service, when you arrive you are greeted with smiling faces everyone was friendly and I have to give the sales representative that helped me Ron Horton a 5 also great customer service, friendly, was able to answer every question, helped me in every way to make my experience at Legacy Toyota great! I would recommend to shop for your vehicle at Legacy Toyota and they have great deals.

Eric is wonderful! He was very patient with me and got me the best deal possible without sacrificing anything that I wanted. I loved my old corolla but I love my new one even more! I will definitely be sticking with Toyota and recommend it to everyone!

Very dissatisfied with the service dept. They're overly eager to sell you things which you may or may not need.

I brought my car in to diagnosis an automatic transmission shifting problem. Ended up getting sold a new radiator, engine mount, brake fluid flush, new valve-cover gasket and a new rack-and-pinion. They also tried to sell me on a new set of spark plugs (which I had already recently replaced.) Transmission problem not fixed.

They were very convincing that I needed all these things (and maybe I did), but the smart move would have been for me to get a second opinion. It's my own fault that I didn't just say "thank you" and take the car elsewhere.

My complaint isn't with the work they did, but the fact that I can't trust them to give me an honest assessment of what's needed. They're a classic example of "buyer beware".

I was blown away but the wonderful service I received while coming to this location to purchase a used vehicle. Luis Torres was my salesman and he was extremely polite and helpful. I was able to get everything done quickly and very efficiently and Highly recommend this dealership. Find Luis and tell him Joey sent you! You will not regret it!

Very good experience! Was able to do most over the phone. Told them where I needed my payment and they made it happen. Was able to get the first responder discount which helped tremendously. Staff were extremely nice and and explained everything very well and most importantly didn’t seem to be trying to hide anything.

We had a great experience at Legacy Toyota! We walked in late on a Saturday night and met sales consultants Anthony Trimble and Dee Thomas. Even though we got there just an hour before closing time, both of these fine young men gave us their undivided attention and helped us select the perfect car for us: a beautiful 2018 Camry. Anthony and Dee were patient with us, even though we had a difficult time making the final decision. They never once rushed us or tried to push us in one direction or another. We agreed on a price and value for our trade with very little negotiation, and our finance consultant Justin Carter took care of the paperwork quickly and efficiently. In 35 years of buying cars, I cannot remember an easier or more pleasant car buying experience. We will go back next year when it's time to start looking for a car for our daughter.

Legacy Toyota exceeded my expectations! Eric McNeil (salesman) went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the vehicle I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and was very informed on the vehicles I inquired about. He was in no way pushy what-so-ever, and was able to answer every question I asked. After I decided on which vehicle I wanted to buy, the final process was absolutely painless. Very quick and professional. I would definitely recommend Eric McNeil (in particular) to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.

My family has owned 20 Toyotas, all bought from Legacy. Yesterday, I added to this tradition by purchasing my first brand new Toyota from them and I couldn't be any more pleased with the service and guidance through the entire process. Leroy was a fantastic help, and I strongly suggest anyone looking to buy a new Toyota speak to him. Phil was a tough cookie to negotiate with, but we had a an amicable agreement that worked out well for both of us. Justin was also a great help with financing, and really took his time to explain each portion of the paperwork. I'm proud to say I am a Legacy customer, and I plan to be for the rest of my life.

When I first arrived at the facility I was greeted by a familiar, yet friendly face - Eric. Once we were seated I found out that the vehicle I originally came to purchase was no longer available. But, Eric didn't let that get me down. He sat down with me and went through the Legacy Toyota's inventory to find another car that was within my budget and met my needs. He directed me to a Toyota Corolla, that I was a bit iffy about, only because it was smaller than what I'm used to driving. But, once he convinced me to test drive it I JUST KNEW I had to have it. This car had what I wanted and more. He was very knowledgeable about the different features of the car & was very respectful. He didn't pressure me into anything. Instead, he encouraged me to give the car a try to see if I liked it or not, and indeed I did. I really appreciate him (as well as the rest of the employees at Legacy Toyota) for sitting down and guiding me through my first car buying experience. He made this scary yet exciting step in my life a breeze. Thank You, Eric!! ❤❤❤

I was beyond impressed with the service I received. Luis Torres was not only a joy to work with he was incredibly kind. He addressed all my questions, which is plenty, with confidence and patience. I do feel that the quality I received was 110%. I have purchased a car from Legacy Toyota before and this experience was was a significant difference. I felt like my purchase was not only top priority but working within my budget was something they made sure to accommodate. I bought a car I did not fully love at a deal I was not impressed with. Now I have the perfect car at a great price. Luis took my wants, needs and long term goals into consideration when giving me the facts about the cars I was considering. I have exactly what I want and what I can afford. That for me was the best outcome. Thank you Legacy Toyota for your quality service. I really am appreciative beyond what words can describe.

Legacy Toyota is by far the best dealership I've ever been to! In my experience, car dealers typically try to sell me the most expensive thing on the lot and don't really listen to the specific things that I'm looking for in a vehicle. This was the first time I actually felt like a valued customer at a car dealership. I was greeted in a friendly manner as soon as I walked in and I told them what my goals were financially and they set me up with Eric McNeil. He is super friendly and made me feel like I was the most important customer there. We looked at a few cars and he recommended a new corolla for me based off what my monthly payments would be and low interest. Toyota has a deal with 0% interest!!! Get that deal before it's too late! This experience has changed my perspective on car dealers in a positive way! This is the only dealership I will ever refer any friends or family to. They certainly take care of you and give you the best deal! The MVP lounge is also very awesome!
