  Woked there 2 winter seasons /2011-12/. They treated me very well. Was a pleasure to work over there. (thanks again Haven and John, you helped and teached me a lot)
  Ingredients were allways fresh, high quality and if possible local.
  Highest hospitality service that i ever experienced (i worked in 6 restaurants so far). Great selection of quality vines and super cozy dining room.

  Our waitress was surly and even hostile. I guess she didn't want to be there! The restaurant is pretentious and over-priced, my steak was dry and overcooked, the sauces are over-seasoned. I especially like the $10 charge if you wanted to share a meal. There are much better restaurants in Park City!

  We had the tasting menu, and every dish was outstanding. Sous-vide pressed rabbit and pork belly was moist and delicious. Mussel stew was fabulous. Sous vide veal chop with spinach and bacon was enormous and beautifully cooked. Chocolate and plain panacotta for dessert was a perfect finale. Flawless evening.
