My fiancé is a huge harry potter fan so we went for the harry potter party. 50 dollars per ticket. 100 total for the two of uslet me start by saying this , 50 dollars a person is a high end restaurant charge for a meal, complete with excellent service and food and atmosphere. What we got was a complete polar opposite. The food was horrid, I don't think I saw anyone eat more than a quarter of their food. The hostess was nice but had no knowledge of anything harry potter and did not do well at hosting trivia. The room we were in was also ice cold and void of any heat. The silver lining was taking pleasure in the company of those around us, with whom we bonded with over our frustrations of spending a lot of money on a bad experience , and harry potter. Im sure this place is nice for a little tea date, but charging 50 dollars a person for what we got tonight isn't right.

Thought the hot chocolate was high on price, did not realize it was for a big pot of it! And heated to boot! Best hot chocolate I have ever had!

really loved the fresh out of the oven scones that the place offers (both savoury and sweet). they also give clotted cream and jam to go with the scones and it's all very high teat and delicious. it's in an old house and feels cozy. would recommend.

I like the tea and the scones are great. Cozy atmosphere added quality service. I thought the eggs I ordered were too greasy.

Cute place. I ordered chicken pot pie and it was served as soup with a biscuit floating in it. While this was creative, it wasn't a "pie" in any sense of the word. Had a weird greasy feel, as did the salad dressing. My mom's soup had too much rosemary. The waitress seemed inconvenienced by my mom and I. Probably won't bother returning.

Nice food. Love the British tea theme. A little pricey but filling. Very nice remodeled old house to restaurant. Very homey feeling. Would go again.

I recently hosted my niece's bridal shower in a private room on the second floor. There were 17 guests. The chef/owner, Jared, is amazing to work with - laid-back and competent with excellent recommendations and very forthcoming with alternatives for some guests who have food allergies. He was a pleasure to work with! Megan, our server, managed 17 people without breaking a sweat. She was warm and pleasant and did everything she could to enhance our experience. The food was fabulous, the atmosphere in that beautiful old house added so much to our event, and the service could not have been better! It was truly a Tailored tea, and it exceeded all my expectations!

My boyfriend and I thought it would be a good place for morning tea. The service was okay. The waitresses wasn't friendly but not mean either. The tea cup and saucer didn't match at all. Not to mention the odd mismatch colored napkins on the table. The utensils were awful, caked on food from years of usage, scratched and unpolished. The best part of this place was the tea and food. I will say if you can look pass everything else you will enjoy the meal.

I love coming here. The food is excellent, while the staff can be give or take, the chef makes up for it. The breakfast is to die for.
